Great up untill now
Great up untill now. Called to reconnect after suspending service for to two months to be told by Matt brdy is not accepting new customers as there is not enough bandwidth to accept new customers; though I am not a new customer, and referred me to Gravity another provider. Surprised they are still advertising on fb and on their web page about current plans, no other indication of not being able to provide service anymore anywhere,
so I wonder if I have been given an accurate reply . Is my contract canceled? Can I just go on a wait list? We were happy with the service.

13 days and no proper support.
Well, its now day 13 and still no working system. Their support guys have tried a bit - when they have the time but no joy. After all, there’s only four of them and they do need days off. I’m told it has been ‘escalated’ but that was three days ago so I’m not sure where it was ‘escalated’ to, heaven? If I was a business I’d be broke. This company clearly has problems.

The lady from the technical dept.
The lady from the technical dept., who dealt with the problems I was encountering, was very patient and most thorough in resolving the issue.
She did not hurry the process and provided means of following up if any further difficulties were encountered.

Terrible company don’t get good to you when expected set your account up wrongly despite several communication to them with setup problems they don’t even get back to you don’t trust them whatsoever

a good solution
I live in rural N-Somerset and satellite Broadband is the only realistic option. I originally subscribed to BigBlu and then was transferred to Brdy when those two firms merged. Access has been more than acceptable over the past 4 years, and on very rare occasions when there have been problems the company has been quick to respond and if there have been downtimes they have compensated for these through their billing system.

Call to the comnpany
Call to the comnpany , answered by Sandra on july 10th at 1.03 pm. Sandra is very helpful and very kind. She has given me clear information and explained how the satellite works which no-one has done before. She also gave me information on how to maximise my use of the network so I can work from home better.
She is very patient, kind and really wants to help. I trust she will do what she said she would do (connect with the company that needs to install the hardware at my home`) and call me back tomorrow as she promised while i have lost the trust in the company because other people in the company, or in the company that works for Brdy to install the new hardware, telling me they will check on things or connect with me when they will install the hardware and have not followed up on this at all.
Sandra is the person that restored trust.

It never worked
It never worked, they installed the satellite broadband in April, and it never worked, I tried to contact the support, and they told me they would call me back, but nobody called.
Thanks so much for the replay, the broadband is still not working. I am paying for a service that you do not give me.

I recently spoke with Sandra at 'Brdy' who was super efficient in dealing with my upgrade request. Having received an equipment upgrade, I was able to access a new tariff package. My experience with 'Bigblu/Brdy' to date has been excellent. No issues, reliable service and very helpful, polite and attentive staff. Thank you Sandra.
The ability to access 'Satellite Broadband' has more than compensated for the lack of fibre in my area.

Thank you Brdy.
Brdy offered us a solution when nothing else worked. We live in a remote part of Shropshire with no phone reception and a coper wire type of internet, completely insufficient for our line of work.
Brdy allowed us to be properly connected and in the three years we’ve been with them, we hardly ever had to contact them about any problems. Sure, when the weather was particularly bad, the signal would occasionally drop but these instances were few and far between and beyond anyone’s control.
As per the only time we contacted them for some troubleshooting of some kind (I can’t quite remember what now), their costumer service response was excellent.
Brdy made a huge difference to us and we’re grateful for the service we received.

Without doubt the WORST out there
Without doubt the WORST out there. No Irish phone number.18 months we had to wait for an Engineers visit. It works about 30% of the time. Not ONCE, have we been offered a single days credit for the amount of time we have had no or intermittent Service (at least 100 days). They definitely prioritise UK Customers over their Irish Customers. Slow is an understatement. Numerous calls mean nothing. Patrick promised to ring us back yesterday 15/5/24. He never bothered. I will be reporting this shower to the UK and Irish Regulators today. Our patience has run out after all this time.

Höheres Datenvolumen bezahlt, aber nicht erhalten
Wir haben unser Datenvolumen hochstufen lassen, da wir wussten, dass wir ab Mai mehr benötigen. Das wurde uns auch zugesagt, dass es klappt. Die Rechnung für Mai wurde auch gleich mit dem höheren Datenvolumen berechnet. Das Datenvolumen jedoch nicht erhöht. Jetzt haben wir natürlich ,wie erwartet, das Datenvolumen überschritten und sind off-line. Also bis 1.6. haben wir jetzt KEINE Internetverbindung.
Bei Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, das es nicht möglich während des laufenden Monats das Datenvolumen auf das bezahlte hochzustufen.
Jetzt warten wir noch auf den Techniker, da ja ab Juni über einen neuen Satelliten gesendet wird und dazu neue Hardware installiert werden muss.

Abysmal speeds
Long term customer. Speeds promised (up to 100mbps) never ever delivered, not even close. At its best, really early in the morning, I got 20 to 25 mbps, many moons ago. Currently achieving a download speed of between 0.5 & 3.5 mbps for the past 2 weeks. Have obviously complained several times to no avail. Phone number is in UK as they discontinued their Irish one. They took 4 days to reply to my last few emails, then offered me an engineer visit for €89.99. Prices are extortionist for the service provided. Am paying €82.99 a month whilst new customers pay €49.99 for the same service. Waiting for Starlink availability in my area. Disgusted.

After several false starts …
After several false starts when messages were left (but not returned) for the team that were arranging the installation update, the engineer arrived as promised on Wednesday morning (24.4). He was a friendly character and carried out the practical work in a very professional manner. Although the installation could not be activated immediately due to an issue that required another person’s input, he assured us that, following our phone call to BRDY, technicians would assist us to enable the installation to become active.
We finally struck gold when, by sheer good fortune, ‘Ankit’ came on the scene the following day to assist us. Over the course of the next day and a half, Ankit’s understanding, technical expertise, positivity, diligence and patience was really put to the test and, not only was he friendly and professional, he also persevered Beyond beyond expectations until the much-needed remedy was found and activated this morning (26.4).
Thanks to Ankit’s efforts, we now have a first class Satellite Broadband Connection, in spite of living in rural mid-Wales where connections can be described as ‘average’ at the best of times!
Ankit stayed the course, when a few others did not (we even had a couple of ‘telephone dropouts’ while on the phone to previous employees when trying to communicate that activation had not taken place yet). Well done, Ankit - in our eyes, you deserve a raise AND a promotion. Thanks so much for your quiet and friendly determination … we really did feel you were on our side.

Brdy customer service was as helpful as she could possibly be. I had a couple of queries and she listened and went off to find any info that might help.
Sadly not able to resolve all my questions, but i was happy that she did as much as she could.

Please beware
Installation failed no signal even though postcode check was ok. £329.80 was paid at the end of January now the middle of April and still awaiting a refund despite several requests and filling in all the email requests from brdy. At previous address was a longstanding customer all the way back to Avonline and never had a problem until we moved very disappointed with the company, get a proper signal check before you part with any money not sure I am going to received my moneyback

Jeg har internett på satellitt, først med bigblu, så overtook Brdy. Modemene mine slutter stadig å fungere. Kundeservice er kun tilgjengelig fra 8 til 16. Hyggelig og hjelpsomme hver gang jeg ringer, men det nytter ikke når jeg ikke har internett nesten annen hver gang når je drar på hytta.
Nå får jeg ikke en gang logget meg på mine sider. Det ser ut som om Brdy har byttet satellitt, uten å informere meg som kunde om endringen.
Prisen Brdy fakturerer meg ligger skyhøyt over det som står på nettsiden deres, er du trofast kunde blir du altså flådd.
