Did a curing course as a Christmas present and it was really fun, informative, and delicious! I knew nothing about curing before going - but Alex and David’s excellent balance of professionalism, ease, and wealth of expertise hit the spot perfectly. They were really generous with their time, skills and insight. I’d 100% recommend this. Great value for money. Thanks guys!

Really interesting finding about the production of cured meat. Some great tasting samples with accompanying antipasti to compliment. Very knowledgeable staff explaining the processes and easy to talk to and ask questions.
The making of my own Chorizo was great fun and really looking forward to 6 weeks time to receive the finished product after being left to cure. The items I purchased were well received by the rest of family.

I ordered the selection pack of 5. I have only had two so far, one was great and the other was crumbly. I’m not sure if that was the planned texture. Speed of delivery was good as was packaging.

We did a salami and chorizo making course at Bray Cured. Really loved the course and it was great to learn and then go through the process of making such delicious salami/chorizo. After the course we had a delicious meal which included a selection of the delicious products Bray Cured makes.

I had a minor issue with start date for my charcuterie subscription which was very promptly and satisfactorily resolved.

All the meat was stuck together, couldn’t present on a plate, far too expensive, really need to look at the packaging, would never order again. Arrived very late
