Found this website and first thing I did was search the website, I ordered a tracksuit and they contacted me to tell me wasn’t in stock, and gave me options, I asked if I could put the rest of money towards a watch which they allowed and sent the watch same day, next day I received and what an amazing item, all boxed paperwork, my husband loves it so much I definitely recommend this site. I will be happy to purchase in the future

Do not buy from this website , shouid be shut down , take money from hard working people , make it very difficult to return items and get money back !! No chance … very bad company , arguing with customers online regarding returns , I have never experienced such very poor customer service team . Spent over 2 weeks chasing for money back , even though they had all my bank details , insisting they sent it , but def did not , managed to receive money after contacting them every day for ten days

Ordered a belt which was out of stock offered a replacement . Great customer service and item was delivered the next day.Paid by bank transfer with no problems .

Please train your customer service staff to be polite and give a solution when they raise a concern.please don’t waste money as the products do not worth in term of quality.

Legit. WhatsApp abit slow but doesn’t mean it’s not great service. They tell you everything. When it’s delivered. Got it within 2 days. Can pay with card too, which others only accept bank transfer which makes it risky. But card payment easy. Quality on the moncler jumper was insane for the price too

Didn’t have the shoe they said they did on the website but we found a compromise and they are willing to check extra warehouses and try their best but delivery time was amazing and the shoes are amazing quality

Bought a fantastic bag, ordered it Tuesday night, and it was delivered on the Saturday. Perfectly packaged and was exactly like the photo. Love the way you pay by bank transfer as that feels so safe. Will diffently buy on this site again. They also keep intouch with you till your product arrives 10 out of 10 for me.
