Simple to book and easy to extend hire
We used Brandon to rent some prop pals during our extension work and needed to extend the hire period a couple times. Nice and easy to do with no fuss. Also used them for genie lifts too, early morning drop off and next day collection - bonus!

Polite and very helpful staff
Polite and very helpful staff. From ordering to collecting on two occasions never had any issues. They even helped me out when I forgot to order a part I needed. Also the collection staff placed and removed the machinery into my car. Excellent service.

Hired a floor sanding kit. Tools were all functional and I had ordered enough consumables to cover the job. I included delivery and collection and although collection was 3 days late, that wasn’t a problem. Will use BHS again - already used them previously. Easy ordering online.

The Birmingham branch was unable to provide what I required, and I was passed on to the Stoke-on-Trent branch. Keith was superb in dealing with my requests as well as the driver Steve who delivered and collected.
