Petrol Jet Wash Hire
Hired a petrol jet wash from Macclesfield branch, Wednesday - Friday. After 2 days of delays regarding a missing connection I finally picked up the equipment on Friday. Costing me an extra days wage for my labourer and 2 wasted trips to the store.
I was told "we'll sort out the extra days when you return it" implying I'd be charged for not returning it within the 2 days I'd booked for. I'd booked Wed-Fri as I was away for the weekend, so informed them they'd need to wait until Monday to get it back.
When we returned to the customers house to use the jet wash, we found the connection hadn't been fitted properly and wasted another 30mins fixing it for them.
This is the second jet wash hired from this company, second time they've let me down. Credit to the Stoke store though, when they found out their jet wash was unavailable, they upgraded the model and got me out the store a happy customer.
Customer service varies by store, my experience with Stoke: Great, Macclesfield, Poor. And if you're on a tight schedule, I'd suggest another company.

Petrol Jetwash Hire
Hired a petrol jet wash Wednesday-Friday from the Macclesfield Depot. Came to collect and was told it wasn't ready as it was missing a part. Had a phone call the next day saying it still wasn't ready. Turned up on the Friday to find out what was going on and was told its ready. Ended up delaying the job for 2 days, and as I was away for the weekend I had to fork out a days wage extra for my labourer to cover. Got the jet wash to our customers on the Friday, to find out the part they were waiting for was poorly fitted and had to be fixed by ourselves, so lost another 30 minutes, on top of the 2 extra trips to the shop.
Told me a couple of times "we'll sort out the extra days" implying I was going to be charged for not being able to drop it off over the weekend. The whole point of booking it Wednesday - Friday was because I was away for the weekend.
Second time that I've hired a heavy duty jet wash from this company, second time they've been unable to supply. On the plus side, the previous location that I hired from upgraded me to a bigger model as the one I'd booked was broken. So credit to Brandon Hire Stoke for providing a quick and practical solution.

Hire of air cleaner.
I hired a small air cleaner and cables which was a good machine. The lads at the Macclesfield branch were super helpful with all the information, and I had no trouble whatsoever adding on a few more days hire of the equipment as the job took longer than anticipated.
All great, no problems and will use them again.

Booked on line, but somehow managed to get the wrong date. Agent I spoke to was very helpful, rearranging the booking and getting the scaffolding delivered the same day. Driver who delivered and collected was also very helpful and polite.

Always helpful and professional
Happy to accept amendments to orders. VERY patient when I couldn't locate a part when they came to collect - came back the following day when I found it and no penalty charge.

Arrived at the depot to collect the product ordered and it was not available as specified. The depot staff were very good and rearranged the order and timing. In the end I was fully satisfied with what I received, but it was not as originally ordered.
