Equipment was ready without fuss for picking up on allocated day. The only ctiticism was the booking on line part could have been easier to navigate.

Very easy to hire from the website
Very easy to hire from the website. Picking up equipment was hassle free and in store staff were friendly. Equipment received was in a good condition and worked as expected.

Price Discrimination
I recently hired a generator and when I checked the internet for the address to return, I noticed a price difference between what I had paid and the price online. I questioned the difference in pricing at the counter when returning the machine and was told, he had just had a telephone call from another customer complaining about the same thing and had told them there was nothing he do about it. I find it very unfair that when you purchase direct from the shop the price is 60% dearer than if you pay on line! I find it totally unbelievable that there can be such a great difference in the price of the same article. I believe this must surely be an infringement of the fair trading's act. (Price Discrimination.)

As I had people booked in to carry out the work, on the Sunday, I wasn’t very happy.

Disappointed with lack of communication after rental
No problem at all with initial hire from the camberley branch, guy was lovely and carried everything to my car. Rented a floor sander over the weekend and a screw snapped so I couldn’t finish the job and the branch was shut. Returned on the Monday and explained issue I’d had and guy said he’d email head office I guess to see if I could get rental again, even if only discounted, so I could finish the job and despite calling numerous times and an email I’ve heard nothing back so overall I’m disappointed. My call was picked up quickly when I wanted to arrange pick up but after that day it rang off the hook. Also couldn’t return spare dust bags and sanding pads and as I’d barely done anything these are now wasted.
