Good service but extending hire period could be easier
Delivery of genie lift came on time, good price. Also collected some props from branch, all good. Only thing that could improve is billing/comms - I extended the hire, and the comms weren't straightforward - ended up speaking to branch to extend, then central office to pay, then central office to cancel the hire after pickup was completed - could be better organized.

Hiring a carpet cleaning machine.
When I collected the machine I reserved online they were veey friendly and helpful. They were also flexible as my work hours meant due to my working hours I had limited flexibility. I even accidentally left my phone on the counter and they kindly emailed me to let me know I had done so. Great service!

Avoid the competitor H**
Took a day off to clean carpets and originally booked a carpet cleaner with another supplier (H**). On collection of my pre-paid order I was told they had none in stock and that the on line ordering process was not connected to stock in the branch *&^%$!!!
Called BTH, what a difference. Helpful staff (Lee @ Bristol branch), and had a cleaner available to collect. Met by friendly staff and a very easy transaction.
Lesson learnt, avoid H** and use BTH in future. Great service.

Poor service
The machine wasn’t cleaned properly. The safety documents was printed in really small and light, faded, it was hard to read! The washing tablets had no any instructions like how many water does it needs. The customer service wasn’t able to rearrange the delivery date and time, even for the end date. I ordered as a delivery but when the pickup day, the driver called me at 8:39am to ask me to wait him front of the building, 20 mins ish, so i had to struggle all the shits down from my 2nd floor flat. It is not a service.

I hired a breaker to demolish an…
I hired a breaker to demolish an external concrete slab in my garden, and it was an excellent piece of equipment. Unfortunately, it did break down due to a gearbox issue. However, the team at Feeder Road were fantastic, they promptly swapped it out for another machine and extended my booking so I could finish the job. Excellent service.

Terrible experience
Have been billed for a hire that I have not had completed as the item that I required was not available when I went to collect it following booking in advance. I have not received a return phone-call to deal with the situation after being promised a call back on three separate occasions. No reply via email either. Terrible service and customer service.

Had a slight problem with payment when booking online but sorted it out and the ready was plain sailing!
