Beware of this company! I ordered a stick on adhesive bra for my wedding , it’s been two weeks and never heard or received anything. I keep sending an email to them for about 4 times but haven’t got any response. They are a scam ! All they does is to took money on my account .You guys should Stop cheating people ! I wish there’s an option of not giving any stars , they don’t deserve one .

Like another reviewer I returned a bra for a refund 7 weeks ago and still haven't had a refund or a response to the several messages I've sent.

I Ordered a bra over a week ago in Australia they took my money and no bra has been delivered. No one is answering my emails. DO NOT TRUST This company

Check out their postcode on Google, Hanson House really, its a terraced run down house no wonder they are thieves. It's not a professional business its a dump.

One of my friends recommended me to shop from this site and I can’t thank her enough. The Ultra Boost Luxury Classic Adhesive Bra is really awesome. It is very comfortable to carry and give a nice boost. The best part is, I can wash and reuse it. Thank you guys for such a quality product!

My bra’s arrived quickly and are amazing quality. They are sticky enough that I can dance the night away without the worry of them becoming unstuck. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality stick on bra. They supply high quality products at a very reasonable price.

Excellent stick on bra best i have used.ordered on the buy 2 get 1 free Did have small problem with having the wrong size on one of them but sent e mail and was sorted no problem and correct size sent in post . Highly recommended. Will definatly be using again.

I ordered 3 bras in March which came in good time. Unfortunately they were the wrong size so I contacted them and they told me to post it back recorded delivery and they would sent me the correct size. Two months in and no bras delivered. When I contacted them they said they had 'lost' the parcel and would send my replacement order. Fast forward to October and I am still waiting on a refund or a replacement order. I did receive an email in August saying my order had been returned and a refund will be given In 14 days to which I still haven't received. They have replied to most of my emails but some have gone unanswered. I never knew buying underwear online would be so difficult and such a lengthy process!
Update- they sent a confirmation email on 12th November stating I would get a refund in 1-4 working days (it's now 29th November and I haven't got anything) and they have ignored two emails from me. I have contacted Citizens advise and trading standards to issue a compaint and find our what my rights are.

They claim they are 'busy' opening up Bralux in Australia, good luck Australia!

Just don't. Customer Service is shocking. They never respond to emails or their facebook comments. My order was allegedly shipped almost three weeks ago. It's supposed to arrive in 2-5 business days. My emails have gone unanswered. I'm taking it up with my credit card provider.

I received my bra yesterday. Exactly what I needed. It stuck to me throughout the night, almost certainly can be worn again. Wasn’t sure what to expect with a stick on bra so exceeded my expectations. Very happy!

I made an order online which I never received.

I have left the comment below, used their online website to complain and messaged via social media and still nothing.

I then sent the following message using your online message system on the 12th September but still no one has responded let alone acknowledged my message

“I ordered an item on the 1st September. I know this probably would not have been processed until Monday 2nd and shipped out then ready for the 3rd or possibly 4th at the latest due to paying for 24 hour delivery.

I needed this for a wedding I was abroad for and left in the evening on the 5th.

I am incredibly disappointed not only because I haven’t received it but because I have now arrived back from the holiday and it has still not been received.

There have been people at home at all times to receive the package but still nothing.

I would like to request a full refund. Not only for the item itself but for the postage as I was a complete waste of time and was not received at all. Let alone on time as it should have been. “

Ordered a bra from Bralux and paid for next day delivery from their UK warehouse..... nearly two weeks later I still have not recieved my order and have had no response to any emails sent to Bralux so now having to try and get my money back by reporting them through PayPal. Would not recommend this company at all, spend your money elsewhere.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! No one you can speak to - all done through email. No contact from them despite numerous requests. Returned an item - confirmed by Royal Mail Tracking as delivered correctly to the right address and still no response or refund nearly 20 days later. Do not use - far better companies out there offering same products with better service.

Found this company to be extremely poor. Ordered an item with Royal Mail 24. Took ten days to arrive. Had to purchase a replacement item for my daughter’s prom. Sent the item back and was promised refund. When I queried delay, received reply saying item hadn’t been returned in time despite receiving email saying that refund was being processed. Worst customer service ever. Read comments on Facebook community and avoid would be my advice

I ordered a bra from Bralux last week and recieved it the following day .I loved it...it was really comfy,easy to stick on and take off ..n it even gave me a cleavage.!.Ive looked at other sites and i thought this was really good value for money.I will definitely order from them again.

Bunch of unprofessionals. They take your money and all you get is lies and ignorance. Avoid this company at all cost. I have been already waiting for my order 12 days after paying extra for so called “next day guaranteed before 1pm”delivery option. Requested refund but I can’t get them even to answer my emails. So disappointed

Was a bit dubious initially because there was only one review and prices were almost suspiciously low but was pleasantly surprised!
Bra came within 3 days of date of dispatch and was almost exactly as pictured (only difference was a slight variation to the sticky patches on the inside of the bra, but nothing that would affect how the bra holds).
Haven't tried it on yet so I'm not sure how well it will stick but all seems good so far
