Not suitable for boobs that aren’t perky. I ordered backless bra, it’s sticky enough and pulls them together. However, I really wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for a slight lift too.

I ordered a bra 3 weeks ago and it was supposed to arrive within 5 days. Asked for a refund twice but no reply. Wish I could give them zero!

Ordered a Mae stick on bra on 20th July and still not received. Sent several chase messages via website and Helen replied to say she is looking into it...need this bra urgently as going on holiday very soon...so frustrating

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered a strapless adhesive bra which was delivered promptly. Unfortunately, the item did not fit and I decided to return it.
I have now sent SIX emails to customer service requesting a returns confirmation and have failed to get a response.
I would advise to avoid purchasing from this company.

Really disappointed
Really disappointed and haven't even received my order yet. I have sent three emails to their customer service team using the email provided on the website and after a week... still no response. Have made an order 2 and a half weeks ago with information from the company that it has been shipped but nothing since then... I have been trying to get in contact multiple times to check the progress of my order but at this point with no replies - feels like a rip off. Really disappointed with the service but obviously cant comment on the quality of the products...

Only 2 bras received instead of 3!
Still awaiting extra bra that was not in received order placed end of May despite being promised by “Helen” this would be rectified?? Come on guys get this sorted as absolute joke! Adhesive bra not great either, however thought as receiving supposedly 3 (instead of 2 received) deal wasn’t too bad and could utilise them somehow with extra boob tape. No longer responding to my messages either! Buyer beware! :-(

Rubbish
Rubbish - didn't fit or hold up. Have contacted customer service to request return details & after a week have had no response. They'll be saying next that I haven't contacted them within 14 days of receipt, crafty sods!! Oh, and their phone number on the receipt doesn't work. Bought through PayPal so hopefully their guarantee will cover me if I get no joy from Bralux. Wish I'd seen some reviews before I ordered. What a rip off.

I'm sorry to hear you did not get on with the bra. We would recommend you try one of our bras with strap attachments if you have had issues with lift, these are really popular at the moment.
With regards to your query, we have replied to you multiple times. Your messages have been received. Please check your Outlook Junk Folder.
No, we will not be saying "that you haven't contacted them within 14 days of receipt". We would never deny a return provided at attempt to contact us has been made in the correct time slot, which yours has. Please consider removing this as this is false information and unfounded.

Stick on bra
The bra, although it said it was supportive for larger breasts, was dreadful: absolutely useless. I had to send it back, at my expense and I am still awaiting my refund over a week later.

Product wasn’t suitable so I returned it at my own expense, still waiting on refund
I just received an email to say that I won’t be refunded as there was ‘hair and dirt’ on it. I realised as soon as I opened the box that it was unsuitable so didn’t even try it on. So be very wary, I ordered cup size E and knew by looking it wouldn’t fit, I sent it back, as I said, at my own expense, and they’re now claiming it has been worn. Absolute scam

My stick on bras arrived promptly and fitted perfectly- I followed your instructions for size guide. Haven’t had the opportunity to wear them properly yet but I did feel secure and supported when trying them on so not worried about using them.
