Terribly customer service, never again
After finding the brakes online as a kit for the whole car both front and back that came together and couldn't be separated, I called and spoke to a woman to make sure they fit my specific vehicle, I was told they would definitely fit. After receiving the brakes the rear rotors were way to big and would not fit, the pads were correct and the fonts were good. I called the company which was no help. I had to purchase a set of rear rotors to finish the brake job. The company basically told me I can ship the wrong rear rotors back and pay for shipping she they would refund me partial for the rotors so they could sell them for full price. No thank you, will never buy from them again

After reviewing your order history, we found that two separate orders were placed on our portal for different vehicle configurations. First for 2022 BMW and second time for 2021 BMW, BMW offers multiple brake packages for the X5, including standard and M Sport brake systems, which use different rotor sizes and components. Because of these variations, ordering parts for an incorrect configuration can result in fitment issues, our records also show we assisted you with correct part number to place order for rear brake kit, but you also placed A third order on your own with a different year but same detail after you submitted OEM part no! Please contact our customer service team as soon as you have a chance and allow us a chance to resolve this issue. Thank you

While doing a search for ceramic brakes I came across Brake Performance .I added my vehicle and the site provided me with 2 brake options,1 without the performance brakes and the other with.The price was more then reasonable! I installled them myself and have noticed a huge huge difference with the lack of brake dust on my rims!!BEYOND SATISFIED!
