A year ago, I left my well-paid secure office job to start a business in a field I knew little about. I was in love with what I was trying to solve but I underestimated the hardships of being a first-time founder. So I felt myself slowly feeling so overwhelmed that I did not feel like I wanted to attend events with many people anymore, started having social anxiety and major self-doubt. 6 months in, I met Brian. The beggining of the program felt like bonding with a friend who had known me for a long time and simply understood. He has the ability to create a safe space instantly and asks the right questions, which helped me open up. What really helped me was that he really jumped into the journey with me and helped me map out how to tackle each of my blocks.

I started sessions with Brainergy during a very stressful time. I couldn’t focus on my work, I couldn’t focus on my kids, I was ignoring exercises and I totally was fading as a person which was really impacting the progress and profit at my enterprise from which I was feeding my family. I began with a 50minute session which then I requested a 90minute one, that is how much I enjoyed the sessions and the progress I was making. I recommend Brainergy to all the entrepreneurs especially to the social entrepreneurs who want to recognize their flaws better biologically, emotionally, and mentally and grow and not get stuck!
