Disappointed. I booked an appointment for him to check my roof and after 90 minutes he didn't turn up. Messaged me later to say had a family emergency. So gave him a second chance, we arranged a date and time to meet. Again waited over an hour and he didn't turn up. Made excuses about traffic. But didn't call to say he was going to be late. On both occasions I took time out of work, arranged cover and worked late to make up the time. Needs work on his customer service skills.

Very polite and knowledgeable, they worked efficiently and effectively would definitely use them again

Excellent service. They came out within 2 hours to fix a leak.
Highly recommend

I would highly recommend Bradley Roofing in Leeds. They responded, very quickly, they gave me a detailed break down of what needed repairing, what material was, needed and how long it would take. They arrived on time on the date we agreed. The work is extremely good, the roofer explained what he had done and showed me photos of the stages, lovely man and a very fair price.

Excellent service provided once again by Bradley and the team

Highly recommended

Was really pleased with Bradley roofing services, they were prompt in responding to my call to ridge tile damage and replacement even though the weather had been appalling. James who came out was pleasant, well mannered and a great lad. Good job all round.

Excellent service, came out within a couple of hours of being contacted by us about a leaking roof due to damaged roof tiles. They gave us a quick honest assessment of the problem including photographic evidence and gave us two options for repair with no obligation. The repair was done very quickly, tidily and professionally. Would recommend 100%

Friendly , engaging and knowledgeable people , organised my scaffolding for a 3 story house and when the team arrived to repair my roof they were thorough , didn’t assume anything , had a good look before they started work …… and I got before and after photos too , thankyou to Bradley , James and the team .
