Rubbish app, unhelpful BPme team
Well, I can see on here that everyone is having the same problem,. I found the phone number for BPme and told them that the last 2 offers did not work as it was a difefrent card number to my physical card. I was told that the odd number was registered to me and linked to my current card .if so , why do the offers NOT show in my current card? The girl at the other end did not answer this and just kept saying they were linked , it was like speaking to a wall .In the end, she said she'd report it to the "team". Since then, after forwarding screen shots of the offers and all the info, I have heard nothing even though I chased this .What a useless app and bunch of people operating this . I don't use BP now , why should i give the business if they are not going to reward me?

What a total pointless scheme. My local service station has been advertising this scheme for years and will still not allow you to redeem the points in store whilst advertising that you con on its forecourt. I have been advised its a technical thing and itll be fixed shortly but this is years. I cannot log into their app to spend the points I've earned so it looks like ive been loyal to gain points for nothing. Feel like just helping myself to £10 worth of goods and leaving my BP Card behind.
More often than not short change on points
More often than not, the correct points are not added, if you query this on the app you are requested to provide proof of your spending, not surprisingly the recent transactions part of the app that would provide the evidence, doesn't work!! I have a Shell card too, by comparison, BP just doesn't live up to the expectations, 90%, 1 star ratings on Trustpilot should have got BP looking at the system, but no

Our business has used this scheme since 2018. I received an email saying our account has been closed and deleted (even though its used frequently and not inactive). They are unable to award us all the points that have accrued since 2018 as THEY have deleted the account. Further more when I collected the rewards card from our local garage, it turns out it wasn't even our. So can only assume someone else has our card. The worst part is you can't speak to anyone, you get pushed from pillar to post, no one wants to take responsability. Shocking.

Comedy rewards system
Comedy rewards system. Can't log in and you just go through a loop of processes. I had to call the helpline and I was told to call back and choose another option. Couldn't even transfer me or deal with it. Plus the lady as nice as she was was obviously in a far away call centre where English is not in the top 10 languages of that country. Took 5 minutes to relay my email address correctly. Don't bother shop elsewhere.

Nightmare. Sometimes points not added, transaction history empty, sometimes app not working, sometimes reward card will not scan.

Follow-up to my review dated 6 December. I don’t know if the problem lies with the website or the people, or both. But my Rewards points failed to materialise and, as expected, my follow-up enquiry of nine days ago has received neither the courtesy of a reply nor even an automated acknowledgement. Truly not worth the bother.
Very poor website
Very poor website. I tried at least 8 x times over 2 x days to register and it is fell over every time. Do not waste your time and effort! I will avoid all BP petrol stations from now on, and can highly recommend the Petrol Station with the yellow shell as a very efficient company whose reward cards are easy to set up and use!

UNDERHANDED AND SHOULD BE ILLEGAL
Downloaded the BPme app today as i was reliably informed that there's a welcome bonus for joining and i was reliably informed BY THE SAME STAFF MEMBERS, that i could use the welcome £2.50 off the fuel i was about to purchase.
Turns out, despite there being NO evidence or advertising on the app of a condition requiring 25 separate points be accumulated before using the initial 500 (1 point = ½ a penny)... i was furious when they said it wouldn't work because i needed to get 25 points prior to use... doing a 180 on what they ALREADY told me. Customer Service were not helpful, I've reported to trading standards for False Advertising and will complain to BP's head offices for the blatant underhandedness of their promotions. IT'S A SCAM! Promotions like that without being transparent should be Illegal!
Fuel points offer no good
My rating is because the offers on fuel are not aimed at small car drivers
Latest extra points on fuel when you fill up on 85 litres. Is no good for me.
My Civic from empty only takes 50 litres
My husband's CR -V only takes 57 litres
So to get the offer we would have to go to the pump at the same time.
Non-existent customer service
Non-existent customer service. Bots on the app that are useless. No human exchange. My points remain missing. What’s the point?
BPme is Utter garbage
Utter garbage. Loses sign in details and trying to set it up again simply does not work, the app just hangs.

This app is just awful
This app is just awful! 1 star is too many to award it. I knew I was going to a bp station so I refreshed the app before I went, I’ve been so frustrated many times when I go to pay and the app says I need to download the latest version. So a bit of forward thinking from me! But when I go to pay I’m told I need to log in and wait for an email with a security code to be able to activate the app. After holding the queue up for a while I gave up. The cashier sympathised and offered the opinion that it was a useless app written by morons. I couldn’t disagree.
There are better fuel reward schemes
If you are looking for a fuel reward scheme I would avoid this one. When you scan the App at a BP station and the points are not credited there is nothing that the staff can do. The chat bot is pointless and when you send emails to the given email address about either points or a promotion that has not been honoured the request is simply ignored. Extremely poor customer service.

Shocking. You hardly get any points for all the money you spend. I have £7 reward for spending £100s .
