Iv dealt with BPI for a while, excellent company! Recently collected from them off site and dealt with Andy the project manager. Really switched on with my allocations and made time to help me where I needed it!
Easy to use website, excellent staff through out the team from my experience from admin and communication to face to face dealings!

Quick response and satisfying answers from Claire Allen.

I have dealt with Russell and Katharine at BPI for many years and they have always tried to achieve the best price for my machines and keep me in touch with what's going on. I have recommended BPI to many people where they have had machines that I haven't wanted to purchase.

This is my second time buying from bpi and again I have received an item which is not what I bidded on. The first auction incorrect & damaged items arrived and one item went missing before it was even delivered. This was refunded and I thought that because it was coming straight from the seller it was a one off. My most recent lot that I won again I bidded on an under-counter fridge in good condition only to find that a damaged and rusted fridge has arrived. This is not acceptable, when we bid on an item we can only bid on what we see. It is not acceptable to then send an item which is not correct or which is damaged. I am running a food business and bid on items in good condition to put in my business therefore, I do not expect damaged, old & worn items to be delivered. Especially when you are paying delivery charge and then the items are return and you have lost money on delivery.

Email to the shipping department and auction was sent and no reply has been received.

The run a game on people. When the austion is coming to an end and it says something like 1 minute 30 seconds left, it goes down to 30 seconds and they then restart it at 3 minutes. This is almost like SHILL bidding. You wait till the end put your bid in then it starts all over again. This is manipulating the bidding process. And they lie when they tell you how long is left.

I use BPI all the time, every department are extremely helpful. Claire has helped advise me on issues bid I've placed by accident and invoice quires. The warehouse staff and the team that are out on remote auctions have helped me multiple times. Thank you.

BPI are a great auction company to do business with !
We have found their service so easy to use ,always someone on the phone to help .
If any problems arise they are dealt with promptly.

Today we collected a lot of items from a liquidation sale, sold through BPI auctions. We dealt with Craig at the address, really easy to get in touch with and was promptly on time with meeting us, had a lovely experience Craig was very helpful with our questions and locating our items. Very friendly and personable and because of Craig we will definitely buy from BPI again. Really easy process and a great website for bidding too.

Every person that we had dealings with from BPI from the start were so helpfull and understanding it made the whole experience almost a pleasure. After 40 or so years it could have been difficult seeing the past going out the door. Thanks to BPI and it's staff it was easy!
