I can only say positive things about my experience with BP Tools, as my order was delivered promptly, I was informed of tracking progress and notified of imminent delivery. The product has been working well with no complaints so far.

What a fantastic service - "one touch" check out with ApplePay, next day delivery. Awesome. Great products too.

BP tools were very quick to respond and to deliver.
The website is easy to use and from searching the product to payment, it's not confusing like some of the other website, very smooth, quick and self-explanatory.
The product, I ordered for my father we have used the jigsaw many times now, still in good shape. Definitely better than the rest we have purchased in the last few years that cost lest than £100

My Angle Grinder has been used a lot and developed uneven running so i checked the Carbon Brushes and found them almost worn out so i contacted BPTools for two sets of Brushes and they were here the following day unbelievable service ,i am very pleased thank you.

After a purchase of an HP machine, certain accessories were unavailable even though they were advertised as available at first. My original purchase was based on these accessories being added later. Anyway, the order had to be partially cancelled. However, in BP Tools' favour, they placated me very well and sent the balance of correct accessories in a very professional manner. In fairness, the issue was more to do with supply from manufacturers rather than the fault of BP Tools.
I would still recommend them to anyone.

good light rotary saw if cheap construction ... supplied at the best price on the web, on time ... cannot fault BP

This chainsaw was delivered quickly and assembled easily with the supplied instructions. (Would have been good to have a PDF assembly/user guide as the print was very small in the handbook, could not find one online) The chainsaw worked very well on my first attempt, having never used a chainsaw before.
Seems to be of good quality and was happy with the smaller CS3000 model, big enough for home use.

I ordered online a BP Cordless Air Pump Inflator, plus various attachments, but immediately Maria contacted me and pointed out that she thought I may not have ordered the correct items. After recommending which items would be most suitable, she then cancelled the original order, replaced it with the new order, and also saved me money. Excellent and effecient customer service.

Bought a power washer from these came read manual done as it said wouldn't work spent £200 on rubbish called them knowone answering left messages and contact number no reply next day called again same again what a complete joke of a company dont buy from them get ripped off selling faulty goods
