Ordered two box balls which when they arrived were slightly less than I expected in terms of quality and size, emailed and very quickly received a positive response with the offer to replace the plants. These arrived quickly by courier who took the original plants back. Replacement plants were of excellent quality as is the service - would definitely use again and recommend.

Slight delay but size and quality of items better than expected. Woukd recommend.

The order was processed and dispatched very promptly. We had ordered 2 bushes and were a bit disappointed to find on receipt that they had been squashed into one box resulting in one of the pots breaking in transit and the root ball breaking up a bit as well. Luckily there doesn’t appear to be any permanent damage with both plants growing strongly after planting.

Plants arrived quickly, well packaged and in good condition. A few dried leaves but no different to plants I’ve purchased and looked at in any reputable garden centre or DIY store and nothing to quibble about, all in all the height and spread was exactly as expected from their online description and the plants were healthy. Will most definitely buy from Boxtrees nursery again in the future.

An excellent selection and range of topiary plants at very competitive prices. We were especially pleased that delivery is included in the cost. The USP for this nursery is the willingness of the proprietor, Bill, always to answer the phone promptly to explain and answer questions when choosing plants and on aftercare.
