Clear website and speedy delivery

My Box of Wine arrives each month and I enjoy the surprise of different wines each month. I've always enjoyed the wines and am delighted with the choice.

I was expecting something more, I thought they were doing a survey before asking my preferences not only white,red and rose. So I received New Zealand wine which if I had a chance I would avoid as I’m not a huge fan of New Zealand wines.
Overall all fine with the delivery and pack.

This might sound crazy but I sent it as a gift to my cousin & I usually love the packaging the wine comes in.
When my cousin sent me a photo of wine the box had changed and the presentation didn’t look as good as usual. It was in a box that held three bottles instead of the usual box
I didn’t order the same box for my dad then for his birthday I went out and bought him three bottles and wrapped it myself . Just letting you guys know as you asked for a review

Great service! I scheduled my delivery for future to arrive on a birthday and it arrived as scheduled. Delivery was seamless and it made a lovely gift!

This is a great service! A great variety of wines in the delivery, which you have as much or as little say over as you wish. The wines have been fantastic and the notes on each bottle are insightful and great to hold on to. The customer service is also great - you can tell they care about their product and service.

We have received our monthly delivery from Box of Wine from their startup several years ago. Every wine has been excellent, enjoyable and to our palate. They are wines that won’t be found easily in the supermarket and off licences and we have been able to buy more of the ones that particularly suit us from the company very easily. The customer service is prompt, responsive and very helpful. I would really recommend Box of Wine to anyone considering it for a gift or a monthly treat to look forward to.
