Brilliant as usual. I forgot the accompanying card to a friend to say who the Box was from, they went the extra mile and let me know, and put it right.
They have saved me so much worry trying to send gifts from Australia.

The experience and ordering were great. My only other comment was there was a delay delivering the Box of Hugs.

I used the build a box facility for family who have had a new baby. The selection of goodies to choose from is excellent. There is truly something for everyone available. Communication is great and delivery was as promised. The recipients were delighted with the gift. I highly recommend Box of Hugs for quality, selection and service.

First time user of Box of Hugs ( love the name!) and I couldn’t be happier. I wanted to let my sister in UK know I was thinking of her on her birthday and send more than a card. Box of Hugs has a huge variable list of products to choose from at reasonable cost and I selected things to make her feel special. As I’d left it until the day before her birthday I was very grateful for ‘next day delivery’. The service and communication was excellent.
My sister was very surprised and happy to receive the ‘hugs’ ( except it made her cry!)
