I purchased a used container
I purchased a used container, it was delivered on time. When we did a complete inspection we found that the doors did not open and close properly.
I contacted customer service and after showing that the doors needed repair they gave me the names of several companies that could repair the doors. Being that I live off the beaten path getting anyone to respond was difficult. I was given a price from the repair company and Boxhub approved over $900.00 to make the repairs. The repairs were made, I sent Boxhub a bill from the repair company and I was credited for the amount of the repair in two days

I paid for a good used container with…
I paid for a good used container with little to no damage and according to Boxhub EASY opening doors, I received a container with one very large dent 3' x 4' on one side, holes in ceiling that had been patched, major rust and doors that you can barely open.....complete frauds........will never use them again nor recommend them, be wary.

This is our 3rd shipping container we have purchased. We use 1 for storage and 2 are being used for a hobby farm to store feed, hay, supplies, and materials. They work well.

Great Service, Flexible Payment Options, Delivered!
From the first interaction with Jeff and his customer service skills, knowledge, and ability to handle all the questions I peppered him with. He worked with me on a difficult 3rd party drop site and scheduled it to fit the property owners work schedule. The delivery company he chose was excellent and worked closely with me to have delivery go as smooth as silk. I couldn't be much happier!

Great Experience
I ordered a used 20ft container from these guys and it was an amazing experience. I have some tight spaces in my property and I had to contact the support team to help me get it delivered with a 20ft truck instead of a 40ft truck and they didn't hesitate and had it scheduled fast. Purchase was easy, support was easy, everything was great!

Ordering a container on-line
Ordering a container on-line through a trust worthy company was less stressful than dealing with a person on face book market place because it comes with a guarantee and warranty. Jeff, Isaac, and Kenny were all great at communicating and assuring me that everything would be okay. Dates were changed as requested with no problem. There was a issue, but it was resolved right away and there was a delay in the delivery but Kenny promised he would come and he did and he was so kind and made the delivery seem so easy.
