The Purchasing Experience You Hope to Have Each Time
Communication was great, pricing is straightforward and contained no surprises. Can I tell how refreshing it was to get a quote by just using the website and not having to give information?!
I felt informed about what was happening in each step of the process. Things happened when the emails and documents said they would happen.
Delivery driver possessed skill in delivery container to exact spot needed with spot on landing.

Good communications
Good communications, kept me appraised of ETA of unit. Drawings on screen deceptive expect a single truck with unit on bed of truck. Arrived with separate truck and tow behind trailer. This did work out better due to rainy weather days before delivery. Unit placed to my satisfaction. Driver showed me how to open doors and condition of interior as well. Would recommend to others needing a cargo container. Kudos to the driver.

sale to the delivery was great
From the sale to the delivery was great.
Best price best Servise and delivery.
On time worked with me on everything went smoothly.
Until after the delivery I was looking over my boxes and noticed on both of them had a bad gasket contacted my sales person, no reply tried three times and just gave up.
I was told if I found any problems with my boxes it would be no problem they would just send me the parts and I can fix myself or they could send someone out to fix. So customer service after the sale was non existent

Incompetence or Deception
Worst company ever! seems like they have glitches that loose your delivery date. You call and they act confused. Then they send emails saying you didn't fill out the delivery dates. Even though the sales person walks you through doing it. Feel like they are stringing us along until they actually have the container we paid for.

The company was very Quick to respond…
The company was very Quick to respond when I first started looking into purchasing a 40' container. The container was delivered today and that experience was great also . The only issue is that one of the metal tabs that the door locks on is bent so once we opened the locking bar now we can not lock it back. this is only one of the bars so the door can be locked using the other bar, I am going to see if i can bend the tab back up my self so the lock works properly.

Josh, the delivery driver, was very friendly and had a great customer service experience. Placed the container in the desired location and even adjusted the cement blocks for it to be placed on.

Great company! 10/10 recommend
Website is super easy to use to place an order. We had Josh with A1 Flatbed Towing deliver our container & he was amazing! Super thorough & communicative. He went to 2 different container sites because the 1st tried giving him used containers, when we paid for a new one. He ensured the container he was picking up, was up to par & in good condition for what we bought. Great guy!

Our container was delivered yesterday afternoon. The fellow who brought it was very nice and professional. He was able to maneuver that big box into the space we wanted with patience and expertise.
