They promised 2 samples that I selected and never got. Yes I know they are just samples but not a good start promising something and not doing it. This was my 1st order so not a great start

Placed an order on Friday and it was delivered the following Wednesday. Had an item damaged during shipping and customer service addressed my problem via email within an hour. Very pleased with my experience.

We ordered for the first time and were very pleased with the offerings, ease by which to make the order and Fedex delivered all items on the same day. We definitely will order again and recommend their service.

Discount promo brought me to the site where I was able to easily find products I’d purchase in bulk and many new products I would try. Service was very fast and packaged well too.

Boxed was a great place to get drinks without having to go out to the store (which I hate). The delivery person from I think it was ups, was not the greatest, but I was thankful to get my order.

Hello, I am emailing to follow up regarding an issue with my order 490529616. The first part of my order came damaged, and the last three packages still haven’t arrived yet. I was refunded for the first package, but then boxed has not responded me when I asked them about the rest of my order. I’m upset because this was supposed to be snacks for my family, and now I’m not receiving any sort of customer support even though I keep trying to reach out and contact. I will not keep quiet because this is NOT the kind of service I was supposed to expect from them as a first time customer. Can you please advise me about what can be done about my issue? I do not think I will be reordering due to the poor service and lack of feedback from this company. It’s important.

Placed our first order just to "try-it-out". Easy to find what I wanted and easy to look at what is available. The order arrived quickly. Very pleased.

It was the first time I have ordered from Boxed and was surprised how quick they completed order and delivered. Product is good and price lower then Walmart.

What a treat to get just what you ordered and even with a couple gifts! And to make things even better my items were less expensive than market pricing. I love Boxed!

Selection is small. Many prices aren't cheaper than Walmart or Prime. Item was missing from my very first order which gives a bad first impression.

This was a very pleasant and productive experience. The company offers many of the brands that we typically use, and they offer them in package-sizes that make it worthwhile to order in bulk without giving us unmanageable packages. They hit the sweet spot!

I will be receiving a partial refund on a order I had gotten that was left out in the rain by their carrier service. Boxed made good on the damaged items & are sending a partial refund. I appreciate a company that goes the extra mile to keep customer satisfied.
