Worthing 👍👍👍👍

I initially sent out an enquiry to Box and Docs Ltd for the sale of my watches , Martin personally responded very promptly with a verbal valuation and immediately backed it up with a written Quotation .

Extremely favourable market rates were achieved & immediate payment executed .

I would not hesitate to recommend Box and Docs Ltd ( Martin ) to serious watch sellers.

Happy with the purchase. Fair price and good service. Hand delivered and gave me advice on watch care. Will be a repeat customer

Thanks Martin for an impeccable service - from start to finish the process has been clear and consider. They offered a good price for my sea dweller :) thanks!

Extremely easy and smooth transaction. Very responsive and helpful. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company.

Very pleased with the way they treated me & very fast service, definitely recommend & use again . 5 star

Second Rolex bought from Martin. Absolutely first rate service from start to finish and would recommend to anyone and will buy from him again. Great communication, great deal & excellent turnaround. Well done Martin & keep up the good work. Best Regards, Julian

I liaised directly through EBay with Martin. He was extremely helpful and very patient. He had a ‘make an offer’ section on the listing which I took full advantage of. After purchasing the watch I arranged to collect in person the next day. I wasn’t pushed for payment and only paid after I had seen the watch and was completely happy. My In store experience was a very friendly and informative one. I highly recommend Box and Docs. The perfect buying experience.

Martin offers an extremely professional service , from beginning to end with the purchase and collection of my Rolex .
Would most certainly use Box and Docs limited in the future !!
Many thanks Martin

Fantastic service and fair price for my watch. Refreshing in these times where every other business seems to use COVID-19 as an excuse for poor service!!!

Top guy, knew his stuff & most welcoming & honest, would buy from him again

Excellent, came to my house to make the sale of my Rolex easier & more comfortable.

Great service! Very quick and professional, very happy with my watch sale.

A straightforward exercise with a fair price given for my Rolex watch. I'd happily recommend this company.

Very honest and professional guys. Dealt with Martin and he couldn’t have been nicer and more professional in supplying a quote.
Stuck to the price he gave me and paid immediately.
Highly recommended.

Bought a Rolex from them on crono24, great communication and professionaly done, would recommend them to anybody looking to buy a higher end watch

I started by contacting Martin at box and docs to discuss the sale of my Rolex, within 1 hour I received a reply which I was impressed by as I had contacted other companies prior to box and docs and got a automated reply stating I would hear from them within 24 hours and yet even now I still haven’t received a reply!

Martin was friendly toward making the process of the sale as easy and stress less as possible, I couldn’t make it to their store due to work commitments but he went the extra mile to offer to come to my area which is over 1 hour away from the store at my convenience which I found very helpful, before coming to view the watch in person he gave me a rough estimate of the offer he would pay to buy my watch, he then completed the paperwork ready for me to view and accept depending on the accuracy of my details regarding the watch condition and necessary paperwork, he then travelled to where I was and looked over the watch in detail to establish the value and make any adjustments to the estimated offer if needed, he then offered the exact amount of the offer previously estimated which I was happy with, other companies would of offered less that estimated to make more money but Martin isn’t like that and he made me feel happy with the sale.

I highly recommend box and docs if you’re looking to sell your luxury watch, you won’t be disappointed with the service and their offers are very fair!

Big thanks to Martin for making my experience with box and docs a pleasant transaction.
