Box and Docs Ltd - Buy, Sell, Rolex and Other Luxury Brands. Anmeldelser

Responded to my enquiry without flannel. Realistic price offered without the if's or but's other buyers qualified their offers with.
Advised best way to send watch and paid agreed price next day.
Positive experience.

Been looking for a watch for a while, found Box & Docs & just the watch I wanted! It was immaculate, I was blown away! Great website, fantastic communication, very swift postage, an absolute pleasure doing business with Martin. Would highly recommend!

Excellent experience dealing with Martin. Smooth and quick transaction and the watch was in an even better condition that it appeared in the photos on line. Cant recommend highly enough.

I got a good feeling right from the start with Martin.
He was very clear with answers to my questions,
Clear about payment and how to navigate each part of the process.
No pressure was applied at any time to push for a sale.
A very pro active approach answering my texts even out of hours and on a Sunday.
Which I didn’t expect.
The watch was sent out and arrived within a day and a half of payment.
Given it was a bank holiday I thought this was super quick.
I had the watch checked over at goldsmiths and all was in order .
Everything matched the description.
I asked about a small nuance with the box which he was very open about and answered to the best of his knowledge with no attitude coming across.
Very professional.
It was more a question from a watch nerds perspective which my AD had also never noticed before which fell in line with what Martin said.
Quote me happy 😊

Martin provided an excellent service. I had a Rolex I wanted to sell, and contacted him via WhatsApp. I provided some pictures and he gave me a valuation immediately. We met the next day at his shop where he examined the watch, confirmed the valuation and we completed the transaction there and then. with the money transferred immediately. I was really pleased with the offer, and the service was simple and easy. Thoroughly recommend!

Great seller, responded out of hours on whattsapp.
Great watch that was exactly as described, knowledgeable seller and he sourced an extra link for me.
Thanks

Martin was very professional and he made it very easy for me to sell my watch. It was done in about 10 minutes. There was no stress, even though I was parting with my Tag Monaco watch which I wore for over 7 years. He gave me a good price for this iconic time piece and I know that it will be sold on so that another person can enjoy and appreciate it.
Many thanks

p.s. Watch finder offered me £650 less!

A pleasure dealing with Martin and very satisfied with the valuation and sale of my moonwatch professional.

Great communication and easy to talk to. Martin even arranged postage on a Saturday to accommodate me

Just as described, or to be fair even better than the photos and description. I would definitely buy and sell to his again

Professional and friendly service
In and out in under 20 mins with money in the bank.

It was a pleasure to meet and deal with Martin. The watch I bought was exactly as described. He is friendly, knowledgeable and laid back. No pressure to buy whatsoever. No doubt you will see me again.

Great service, item as described and would definitely recommend.

Sold a watch to Martin and the transaction was smooth and painless. Quick phone call and a couple of WhatsApp messages and then a trip to his shop and the transaction was complete. Really good guy too.

First time buying a Rolex. Found a watch that was exactly what I was looking for. Martin was great, very accommodating and informative. No pressure at all to buy from him. Highly recommended and will use him again.

Very helpful, watch was far better than described and responded immediately with answers to questions. I would certainly recommend this company.
