I echo pretty much all of the other reviews, fast & honest service. I would definitely without hesitation recommend Martin.

Martin was extremely business like professional, honest and kind. He was very quick in responding to emails and It has been a pleasure dealing with him. I would highly recommend him.

Terrific service and delighted with the watch. Many thanks.

Except bloke to deal with, put all
My Concerns about posting a Rolex and the process right and it has been a faultless and super easy process.
Will defiantly buy and sell to Martin again. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Absolutely brilliant in every way. A delight to deal with, efficient, professional, immediate and a thoroughly nice guy which is rare these days ! Thank you ! Would highly recommend Martin to anyone period !

Within 24hrs from emailing Martin, he had come to my home and transferred the money into my account. I would highly recommend Martin to anyone that wants to sell a Rolex, he is reliable and polite
Thank you for making the process so easy!

Martin was very helpful, polite and very knowledgeable I would certainly buy from box and docs again

ive recently sold my rolex to martin, as from the start the service has been outstanding and ive been kept in touch four days from start to finish
excellent !

Martin couldn’t have made the whole process of selling my watch any easier. I contacted a number of dealers to sell my Rolex and was promised the earth, until we were face to face then the price plummets trying to muddy the water with a lot of technical jargon. I contacted Martin he gave me a price and when I got there he actually gave me a £100 more. Money was paid into my bank instantly. When selling your watch this is the man to see.

Excellent service & communication from Box and Docs.

This in my opinion is the only place to sell or buy your high end watch, was given a superb price with a fast transaction from posting to payment in 48 hours , Martin is professional and courteous and I highly recommend box & docs

A real pleasure dealing with Martin, from start to finish. Delivered my submariner and he wired the money to me there and then. Top bloke!

Excellent service would highly recommend these guys. Fast and professional !

Brilliant Service, Trustworthy Rolex dealer.

Excellent friendly service and beautiful watch as described

Buying and selling watches with Martin is a pleasure. Great service ! I will be looking for my next purchase in a few months and I will go through box and docs without hesitation.

A really smooth and trustworthy dealer of Rolex. I had been looking for this particular model for a long time and the item was presented to me in virtually new condition. Also had the comfort of inspecting the watch then purchasing at the shop premises. Highly recommended.

Sold my Rolex 116600 for what I considered to be a fair price.
Fast payment and good communication from Box and Docs from start to finish, friendly and professional service.
I would highly recommend them.

My husband and I sold two watches to Box & Docs - The process was seamless from start to finish. Martin was super helpful, great communication and we were both very happy with the price. Would highly recommend!
