Staff Not Up to Date With the World
I was told to amend my email address otherwise my order would not be met.
Why did they ask me to change my email address? Only because I created a custom email address (I have my own domain so can create as many email addresses as I want so that emails can be tracked; I do this with every company I deal with) that had their Company name in it.
The Company treated it as a security risk, and demanded I stop "using" their Company name, and change MY email address.
I refused.
So they refused my order.

BownetCMS receives and processes thousands of orders each year by email and online and we have not previously experienced any customer using our company name in their own contact details or reply-to email address. As such, we were concerned to explore the validity of the order and contacted you accordingly. The outcome was a disappointment to us but we will research the use and purpose of custom email addresses to bring ourselves and our security practices up to date where necessary.

Outstanding customer service from a very knowledgeable team, fantastic value for money and super fast delivery. Could not have asked for more.

Couldn't be better
Having known Steve and used Bownet since the 1990's at various companies I have worked for, I cannot fault them for service or products.
They provide value for money products which are all important these days. If something goes wrong they try and fix it immediately.
If I lived closer I would go and work with them, they are just a great set of guys.
