It felt like you were dealing with a company that really looked after its customers, and everything was so beautifully packaged. As for the tiles we ordered, excellent product at a very good price. Life saver

Boutique Stone van driver saved my life. I was having a break in my truck and I started having a seizure, he must have noticed something was wrong and he came and got me off the truck by himself and helped me, after he called and waited until paramedics arrived and then he left. I don't know his name but I just wanted to say thank you you're Godsend. I'm ever so grateful.

Tile no lie!
Overall a good experience ordering from Boutique Stone. Good communication from warehouse operations. Tiles were packaged well for transport with additional protective foam and polystyrene used, which was a big relief given that all the free samples had arrived broken and not so well protected. An additional tile was placed on top of the pallet to provide solid protection on top, which I thought was a thoughtful touch and not one I’ve seen from other suppliers and I have used a few.
I’ve not inspected each box yet but everything seems to be in order. Tiles look amazing and I can’t wait to get them installed!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and for your recent order, we really appreciate it! It's unfortunate that in rare instances samples can be broken during shipping. While we take care to try and ensure they're packed safely, we'll continue to review our processes ensuring a customers first impression is a positive one. We are more than happy to provide replacements where required.
I'm pleased that our efforts in wrapping and protecting your order in transit have been noted, we take pride in ensuring your tiles arrive safely and ready to be installed. I'm sure they'll look fantastic once finished!
Kind regards,
Alex
