Excellent service, I needed tiles in a hurry and Alex gave me some options and had a next day AM delivery for me. Tilers waiting and he got me out of a situation as previous supplier let me down.

Alex was very helpful when I needed more tiles delivered and they arrived very quickly. The tiles are lovely and look great in my new bathroom.

Beautiful tiles and amazing customer service. I ordered the Saint Stone White tiles for my bathroom project. Communication was great and the tiles are such good quality. Alex in particular was super helpful when I needed to get hold of more tiles quickly. Can’t recommend enough.

Great experience from start to finish and excellent product to match.

A huge thank you to the team for going above and beyond to make sure that the tiles arrived on time. We are almost finished the bathroom project but we are delighted with how well it's turned out. The tiles are gorgeous! We will share photos soon!

I feel compelled to write a review about this company. Great products and an absolute "gem" of a company! Amazing email and phone response, good old fashioned polite and friendly customer service...which is very rare these days. 5 stars *****

Lovely tiles and great service from Alex and James. We bought Priory White and Jameson Oak and couldn’t be more pleased with the result!

I recently purchased 120x60 Italian tiles from Boutique Stone, and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service. The tiles are absolutely stunning, with a high-quality finish that truly elevates the look of my space. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in the design are evident, showcasing the elegance and durability you’d expect from premium Italian tiles.

Boutique Stone provided an excellent customer experience from start to finish. Their team was knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive, offering great advice to ensure I chose the perfect tiles for my project. Delivery was prompt and well-packaged, with every tile arriving in perfect condition.

I highly recommend Boutique Stone to anyone looking for luxury, high-quality tiles. Their range is exceptional, and their commitment to customer satisfaction is second to none. I’ll definitely be returning for future projects!

Second time I've ordered from boutique Stone. I believe its under new ownership. Hasn't changed any. The tiles are brilliant and customer service is as good as previous 👍 slight issue with split tile. Resolved quickly hassle free. Would definitely recommend 👌

The tile order arrived a few days before Christmas and must say everything was perfect. The tiles are very good quality and would highly recommend this company - website has been down for a few weeks now but that did not affect my order. Thank you for your help throughout James

Had fab service for my main tile order back in Aug and tiles are gorgeous however I placed an order for additional tiles in Nov as I had run short come bathroom fit. My order was for £250, I then changed my order to a lower value as I didn't need as many tiles as my bathroom fitter once thought, I received the tiles in Nov however have not received a refund of £135 which I have been chasing now for 4 weeks. Website has gone down, phone not answered, Alex' email does not exist now and haven't had response from their main email.

Edit: company got in touch via email after my review and refunded the money. Thank you

We had the most incredible experience with Boutique Stone!

Our journey began the moment we received their samples—they stood out so much compared to others that we had no doubt who to choose. When we placed our order, we needed the largest tiles urgently, but they were out of stock. Alex and the team went above and beyond, ensuring the tiles were delivered from Europe as quickly as possible. They even worked through the night to prepare the package so it could be loaded onto the truck and delivered to our clients the very next morning.

But the story doesn’t end there. Later, due to unexpected on-site circumstances, we needed more tiles to complete the project, and everything was out of stock. Once again, Alex and the team performed a miracle, finding the tiles for us despite the challenges.

With immense gratitude and the most heartfelt sincerity, I highly recommend Boutique Stone. Their tiles are of the highest quality, and their approach to clients is unparalleled. After 20 years of experience in various countries, this level of dedication and service left us speechless.

If you're considering Boutique Stone, rest assured—you are in the safest hands possible.

Unfortunately, we didn’t have a good experience with this company. Bottom line is that we didn’t receive the tiles we were hoping to as the website had vague descriptions and some incorrect photos on the product pages. The company refused to part exchange because we hadn’t complained within their required 48 hours. We don’t really think that 48 is a reasonable time limit to impose during busy construction and feels unfair given the consumer rights act states 30 days right to return for non perishable goods. Based on our experience we wouldn’t recommend or use the company again.

I had many samples from several websites, but the sample I received from you was beautiful and it looked expensive 😍.
I don't have it on the floor yet, but I can take a photo when the kitchen is ready.
