Terrible. Bought a hoodie for my son. Emailed them as it has been weeks. No reply. Avoid this company.

I have bought a burberry zip up, I took all rhe measurements before hand and then order the zip up, which turned out to be smaller than the measurements they said, therefore I return it, but I haven't heard anything since the moment I sent the zip up back in the mail.

My son has ordered a vintage Burberry scarf as a Christmas present and it turned out we were sent a counterfeit one. As we live in France we had to pay additional custom fees to get it delivered and probably also to return it. Very disappointing experience. We won't order anything from this merchant again.

A nightmare !!!
5 weeks to receive the product that was supposed to be delivered quickly + Dozen of mails to find where was the delivery, custom duties to be paid by me ( not announced in the contract) + additional transport fees requested ( not announced in the contract) . The jacket received is in a bad shape with spots ... It costed me in the end more than 250 euros ... Website to avoid !!!

I ordered a moncler jacket and in the description stood the condition was excellent, but when I received it, it had a little patched over hole. It doesn't really bother me but I wouldn't consider it excellent condition. Shipping however was very fast and without any issues.
