Very disappointing experience with BOTIM Money support.

I raised a complaint regarding a financial transaction issue, and despite submitting the requested verification documents, the case is still not handled properly. I received repeated requests for the same KYC documents even though they were already provided, which caused unnecessary delay and wasted time.

For a money-related service, the support process should be faster, clearer, and more professional. Customers should not have to keep following up again and again for a simple confirmation or resolution.

This experience has seriously affected my trust in the service. I hope BOTIM improves its customer support, complaint handling, and document verification process urgently.

I am extremely disappointed with Botim's service. When I transferred 3000 dirhams to the e& Money app, 68 dirhams were deducted extra from my account. It has been months since I messaged to question this, and I still haven't received a refund or any response. Customer care has not been helpful at all.

They are very very very poor like poor poor I wanted to buy something of my card money was deducted transaction was later canceled to today 9th May no response no refund called there customer support no one picks up 2 days in a row email no response its abysmal beyond poor

There customer support is terrible u call there number that starts with 600..... and they pick your call ask u some wait in line and after 3 to 4 minutes they drop the call it has happen to mi for 4 days in a row over 30 times of calling my Email has not been replied in 6 days my money not refunded in 14 days yet they say it takes 3-5 business days big fraud

Dont trust this to transfer money international , if the transaction was not done within 5minits your money is gone, and thy dont care , poor customer support and very bad service

Your customer service guy called Pranith is of no good to your service, he had a very bad, rude and unprofessional attitude towards me.

I bet you, with this type of person in your company, you'll lose clients anyhow because his kind of personality expells people. I am certain after this transaction I am deleting this app from my phone and never ever visiting it back.

I have sent money to a family member in the hospital to be used to clear the bills in order to be discharged but would you believe its been two days now and the person is still there at the hospital without any alert of receiving the money and what kills me the most is that the bill keeps increasing as the day goes by.

Pranith's employment contract must be revisited.

Most of the time their international pay will not work !! It won’t get processed, will there be a blank page!!! Moved to another payment channel

Botim got the worst customer service ever
All the agents I have talked with are not professional..I created an account of which my card was supposed to be delivered to me till date more than 6 months now..have called time and again even email them but no reply

Very very bad appp I can’t imagine my brother sending money for hospital and it takes 6 days and customer services are very poor they talk as if they helping us to talk you people you’re a joke why dnt you close your app if your not ready to work please everyone dnt use botim it’s fake app.thank you

I transfer money to Germany to my daughter. I found Botim one of the reliable, very fast and cheapest mode of transferring money.
I also got best rate as well.

The worst experience i have i transfer money from my wallet to my account more than 6 days wehn you try to contact theme the well not answering the call out the email the worst application for transferring before u transfer the let u how many day

this app is not dependable for sending money from uae to india.I have been facing a refund issue since long time i have provided all the documnets asked by them many times.The money is showing in the app which is not returned into bank.I have contated the via mail and have given everything they asked for.But again and again they are asking for same documents.I think its just like any other scam app.Etisalats emoney i am using now and its better till now.

It's a very bad for any transaction or if you have money in your botim wallet it's a risk I was make transaction for 32 dirham to but botim cutting 42 dirham and sending massage for 32 dirham only do not use botim be careful for extra charge

Botim Customer Service is a Joke. The worst ever, if u want to waste your time tome, energy and money call them. They will hold you on the line for 30 minutes without telling you anything what they are working on until u will lost your patience and hang up. As addtion, they will give u wrong timeline,details and falls hope.

Keep it up botim! Never trust again and dont waste your time here.

Very bad sistem

Never trust botim at all. I sent my hard earned money to support my son study in canada worth 500CAD and 1360AED last Dec 23 2025. Unfortunately the app showing transfer completed but the money was not received by my son. the app is a full scam. customer service not available. emails only but till now money was not returned in wallet.

Poor customer support.
I have been trying to reach them for almost a week now through their official support email, but no response. As big as Botim, I wasn’t expecting for a customer support to be a problem. Frustrating man.

I reported an issue with my BOTIM/PayBy account and submitted ALL requested documents, including Emirates ID and verification photo. Since then, there has been complete silence. My account remains locked and my money inaccessible with no explanation or update. This is unacceptable customer service for a financial-related platform. I demand immediate resolution. Until then, I do not recommend this service.

I paid AED 35 for a BOTIM prepaid card 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. Every time I contact customer support, they redirect the issue without resolving anything. No clear updates, no delivery, and no refund despite repeated follow-ups.

This is extremely unprofessional and misleading. Charging customers and failing to deliver the service promised is unacceptable.

Do not waste your money. This feels like a scam.

It’s so sad and heartbreaking that i now have to come here with this review, the service is something else , it’s been a week I’ve been asking to cancel just 1 transaction and get my refund but surprising i got an email which says the issue has been escalated , how? And this isn’t the first time I’m having issues with this app but what to do will wait and see if they do want to refund my money or not because the recipient didn’t received it either.
