Great communication and fast delivery. Would help if, on the website, some indication of the suitability of each thickness of acoustic floor were given. It may be obvious but the 9mm mdf is too giving to be used without a further board on top. My mistake.

Honest, down to earth, great service
Real world, honest, & clear technical advice. Worked with our clients Acoustic Consultant on our behalf to approve design changes. Not only were they competitive on pricing, they were also very flexible with our phased delivery requirements due to restrictions onsite. Great product range for every building situation. BOSS Acoustics will be our go-to partner for all future projects.

A genuinely good experience
A genuinely good experience, spent what I regard as a good chunk of money and the service with Boss Acoustics was fantastic. I deliberately missed off an item that would usually be ordered with the items I ordered and I almost immediately had a phone call checking if it was intentional. Very good customer service. Equally, the delivery experience was great and all in all I'm very, very pleased with my recent interaction with this company.
