Boshh network

Hello, very bad service. I was one day late with my payment and they notified the credit score agency about the delay. But it wasn't my fault. It was a problem with the bank's card payment. Be very careful. I'm disappointed with this company. The network is very bad. The signal is very bad. It's very difficult to contact them. They said I'm canceling.

Customer service how it should

Joined Boshh on Tuesday to help improve my credit score gradually. After a shaky start due to problems with their systems the customer service side of the company really shone through thanks to the fabulous efforts and patience of Amelia. She's an asset to the company. She sorted everything out for me, kept me updated and helped to make the experience a less stressful one. Thank you Amelia! 😊

Struggled to get a phone contract and…

Struggled to get a phone contract and found boshhh to help build my payment history.

After a while I have been accepted for a phone contract and I can only attribute that to boshhh, whilst you are paying a premium for their service, they definitely work and I have to thank them again for helping me get the contract I wanted.

Mollie and Amelia have been great on live chat when it comes to making payments, thanks so much!

The customer service I've received…

The customer service I've received especially off of one the agents Darren Todd has been exceptionally fantastic. He has gone above and beyond to help me. This company is fantastic and I would highly recommend anyone to join

The man I spoke to was excellent at…

The man I spoke to was excellent at describing how the sim works together with your credit score, and this convinced me to get the deal and start building my credit file. Thanks for the chance to get my finances on the build.

I have had no Internet which i need for…

I have had no Internet which i need for work purposes and i cannot send any text messages they have restricted me looked onto my account and it states that I have missed my payment on the 24th April my bill was paid 15th April now they have put an impact on my credit score . Tried to contact them no customer service on a Sunday!!! I have now gone with Vodafone pay monthly sim at only £10 per month and for 50gb net and unlimited calls and text I'm paying £20 per month with yourselves for 10gb unlimited texts and calls . So.bye bye boshhh.

Great idea, awful execution

I want to start this by saying that all the staff I’ve dealt with have been great, it’s just a shame the company itself seems incompetent.

I’ve been with Boshhh about 5 months, and for the last 4 there have been issues. Mainly around payments. They seem to be unable to take a payment like on time, or at all. Firstly they forgot to bill me for a month, then they charged me too little, now they changed my bill date from the 30th to the 20th by mistake, due to a system change apparently. This resulted in my line being restricted, even though I didn’t have an overdue balance.

Then there’s the app. Borderline useless. Shows no payment history, or upcoming payments. Shows the incorrect data allowance and remaining data (I currently have -13gb remaining). They’ve had the “developers” fix this a few times, but it always breaks again.

There’s also no weekend support, or phone support. Which would normally be fine, but when they accidentally restrict your service on a weekend, you’ll have to wait for them to email back at some point on the Monday.

I wanted to like this service, but it’s clear the company isn’t quite mature enough to be able to provide basic and effective support. I’d honestly recommend looking elsewhere, despite the largely positive reviews (support will ask you to leave positive reviews for individual staff “for competitions” )

Can't do 5*,as I've only just joined.
As a person who is on the spectrum,I didnt feel forced to join. Was checked if I was financially stable for the plan.
Can't wait to grow my credit and future.

Andrew Palmer @ Boshhh

Today I spoke with an advisor/agent named Andrew Palmer...
Andrew explained the whole procedure of why it is a good idea investing with Boschhh and guided me very confidently through the whole setting up of my account.
Andrew sounds like he likes good music, maybe indie rock.
I think he might be an angel tho is unaware yet... Thankyou for your help and here is to a beautiful new network and connection here, I'm already happy here because both Andrew made me feel confident about swapping my network for a better deal for now and my future.
A credit building mobile SIM card named after the awesome music equipment I live and work with is a thumbs up for me here.
If ever I reckoned the universe sent me a new beginning and a better future it began here with Andrew and will continue with confidence for the long run.
Thankyou, now would the Boschhh head office give my friend there a promotion and a ×1000.17 pay rise for being so awesome today... Thankyou Andrew Palmer.

Had lovely conversation with Darren very polite helpful made me feel like I was talking to a friend tbh i have certain health issues and he was great couldn't have been better credit to him if only more people were like this 10/10 👍😃
