I had good help from the assigned agent to solve the sign in problem in my account.

I get regular updates whether or not there has been a change in my score. No one wants a bad credit score even if there as many reasons as people it still makes a person feel "less than". It takes a long time to recoup. The agencies that keep "all our stuff" for me, whenever I thought of them it was intimidating. Not so much now because everybody has everything about everyone, if you know what I mean. The customer service I received as I've already said was unexpected but great. As the middleman i don't doubt you get some really nasty misplaced anger. Just so you know that it's working, I can honestly say that my opinion of Borrowell has improved & I really didn't have a negative one to begin with. :) What you have done is create a connection between us, where now when I think of you I have respect for what you do & see you as someone who is there to help us improve that rating, cheering for us. All I have just said sounds childlike but there's only so much time to go on. The site itself has suggestions & options to look at that might be beneficial to check out. Where are people going to go for information when in a situation like this so I hope people find you or you find them. Thanks, take care

I am very impressed with this company's business and the experience was adequate, and well pleased. I really liked the response time, not only did you quickly resolve the issue you were fast and efficient also very understanding and well presented. All stars for Borrowell and associates sending ya'll much love respect and gratitude God bless us all.

Its a SCAM, they say it builds your credit, but if you check on Credit Bureaus like Equifax, it does show the Borrowel reports about "payments made" (it shows many each month), but literally beside all of them it says that it DOESNT Affect the Credit Score...

So its basically waste of time and money because Credit Bureaus dont even consider it...

I wish I could post pictures here and show that on my Equifax shows that the "Reports/Payments" made with Borrowell to Credit Bureaus has no effect on the Credit Score...

I have followed up on many recommendations that have been suggested. While companies do offer lending information always read the fine print. It will tell you why you get turned down so often. I find this frustrating, so I sent an email to the company, explaining this.
I received an answer back. They find you matches to your basic criteria. However it is up to you to do your homework.
Now I know when certain companies continue to come up, I have read the fine print so I just delete it.

Borrowell's great customer service helped me get back into my Credit Account when an error locked me out. I tried everything to get back in and even called Equifax who would not even help me get back in and just wanted to sell me a monthly membership to get me a new Credit Account with them. I would recommend Borrowell to everyone as you should always stay on top of your credit and they are always sending you updates so you can keep an eye on your credit to make sure there is nothing going on that you don't know about. They are always there to help, and their services are Free.

Hector stuck with it and finally got my account fixed. It was difficult because the system keeps saying I already had an account and it wouldn't let me continue to create an account. Hector had to go to next level support and then to engineering to get it all fix. I'm glad that it works and will be recommending Borrowell to other that I know for sure.

The app does everything it says it would. Help build my credit score. Great customer service. Very fast prompt friendly. I would recommend them to anybody.

I cannot vouch for any additional services offered, such as credit cards, loans, insurance etc. as i have no need or interest to utilize them. I imagine they are sponsored advertising products that make the app “free”.

Helps me keep track of my credit score and find some pretty good credit offers to help build credit

Over 100 inquiries on my credit score. I never had a contract, never did business with them. I requested numerous times for over a year for them to stop making inquiries. Instead, they increased the number and no resolution. Do not use this business.

I have used rent advantage service for the past 12 months, it has ZERO effect on your credit score. They trick you in their advertisements and the service is a trap that if you use it, the benefit is unknown but if you stop using it, it will have a negative effect on your score.
I'm gonna stop it next month and will sue the company if I see a negative effect on my credit and will update here after.
