Bought 2 dresses. Long time waiting. Then one was way too big. They refused to take it back and had nothing smaller. after months finally said they were in qatar and it was much easier if id take 25 bucks and keep it. Not even really half price. Still unused. No one even wants to buy it for that half price.

Great feel of the materials. Exactly as described.

Both dresses are very pretty but they are too small across my bust. I need to return them but don't know how. Please help

First time Ive ordered off FB advertising I was the sizing was true to fit.

Happy with my dresses but 2 were much longer than I expected. I will have them hemmed a bit shorter.

When I recieved my order, the dress does not fit and neither does the top. I was disappointed because i really liked both pieces. I need to know how to return these items and have sent an email, but haven't heard anything back yet.

Beautiful dresses that are well made and very stylish. The only thing I would say is if you need the item for a specific day, make sure to order about a month ahead of time because shipping was slow. Other than that I am very happy with my purchase.

So far there service has been unacceptable. Im still trying to get information on how to do a return! I don’t believe I will be doing business with them in the future! Update… first they offered me $8 on a $45.00 dress that doesn’t fit but said I could keep! I responded REALLY? So a couple days later they offered me $15 dollars with the same terms. I said ok because I was tired if dealing them. Needless to say I will NEVER do business with them!

Easy shopping experience. Dresses were delivered in a fairly timely manner. I ordered two dresses, one fit, and one I will need to exchange.

They came in a timely manner and I love all of them they're very nice dresses

The package arrived one month after it was ordered and I refused it. Their site said to expect delivery within 2 weeks. When I checked after 2 weeks to see what the shipping status was, it still said that the label had not been generated yet. 3 weeks, same message, 4 weeks same message with no updates even after I sent an email. It took me contacting paypal to even get a response from the company and of course they said it was "on it's way". (I suspect they shipped it off after my complaint considering I received it by the end of the same week).

I needed these items for a specific function and I did not feel I could wait any longer before ordering other items from a more reliable source (which I received via the same shipping method that BOPYS used a day before the BOPYS order).

They may or may not have wonderful product but shipping is part of the deal with online retailers. Service too! Buyer Beware!

If I could give zero Stars. I would. Ordered two dresses and both ran too large. Reached out to the company about it via email as that is the only contact available. They would not allow me to return the dresses. They offered me $10 to keep them. I kept emailing back and forth and tried to find a return mailing address and found out it is in Dubai! The company claims to manufacture and ship from Oregon. It took almost 2 months to receive my order, so I knew it wasn't coming from Oregon. Ultimately they kept offering a little bit more and got up to offering me $40 to keep the dresses, although I paid 100. We are almost three months down the road and I have not seen the $40. I reached out again to the company via email and they said that I need to contact my bank because there must be a problem with my bank. There is no problem with my bank. They never gave me the $40 and did not allow me to return the dresses. They advertised on Facebook and I was commenting to people to beware and they blocked me from commenting. Horribly, horribly deceptive and you will lose money
