Boot liner arrived in good time but when placed in the boot it didn't actually fit. I contacted the support email on the website to get the item returned with the intention of just buying the OEM jaguar one which I knew would fit. After several days without a reply, I called up and was given a different email. I forwarded on the email I had already sent with photos and was asked to send more photos which meant me having to put it back in my car. I did so and returned further photos. This wasn't enough for Bootliners UK who insisted I fit it in my car... again, and provide them with measurements of the ipace boot. I do not have time to be messing about taking measurements. This was supposed to be a made to fit bootliner which it was not. Despite saying I wanted a refund and to start a return process, the company would not listen and I have had to dispute the charge now with AMEX.

Had a problem with the size of the bootliner but staff were helpful in sorting thing it.

High quality boot liner, fits perfectly and stays in position. Great investment to protect car boot. Perfect for owners of mud loving dogs.

Great product that fits my boot perfectly and looks fantastic

Arrived within the stated time. Fitting whilst time consuming was straightforward. The sticky tape on the top edges of both sides of the boot cover keep coming away from the car trim. I have detached the cover from the sticky tape to see if this helps the tape set/stick to the car trim for a week then I will reattach the cover.

Excellent fit for the car boot when a spillage ruined the old one. Quick service too.

The product itself is excellent. Be warned the “free delivery” is the cheapest possible yodel delivery service that don’t give you an estimated delivery time, or decent tracking nor do they even show up on the day they say they will do!

This is the second boot liner I have bought. They fit perfectly and easily covering the whole boot area with gaps for storage spaces and hooks etc. The quilted fabric repels all Labrador fur beautifully making it extremely easy to vacuum up. I’ve bought one for an F pace and my most recent for an E pace both with the split seat option and bumper flap. Not washed one yet as fabrese has reduced the dog smell but don’t anticipate any issues. Superb product and whilst more expensive that others on the market, worth every penny. I would definitely recommend this product.

The boot liner is well made, easy to fit and looks good as well as doing the job.
