Ordered next day delivery and they had a lot of orders (this is a one lady company upon further research), so when I emailed requesting a refund I was given the full delivery price back. I appreciated this. The reason I give 4 stars is due to the fact that I felt mislead by the pictures of the bundle, the gym workout programme is not a book like the picture, it is a leaflet, and the gym bag was not as pictured on the website. When I emailed regarding this, the lady did offer me to return all of the items to receive a refund, but I could not be bothered with the hassle.

Great Service
Great Service, fast delivery, Fab colour.
Has made a massive improvement with my Hip thrusts as so much more comfortable than the Gym's own.

Probably the best customer service experience I have ever received. From start to finish. Immediate response on address changes and when I received the product - had defect. They immediately addressed it and even followed up on my response. Sent me a new one within the next day. Impeccable service !!!!

Barbell Pad - pink
Delivery didn’t take long to come which is good; the barbell pad is of good quality and very firm. Love the colour pink! A great addition to my gym accessories, it’s a must have.
