Placed my order 19/03. Have not received my order or my refund. I have been chasing this and they are just ignoring my emails. Not a great customer service. This was supposed to be a gift. And now I am just out of pocket. I will be contacting my bank to raise a dispute. Avoid this company at all costs.

I did receive a broken paw buddy however I sent 1 email and it was sorted just like that I got a new one and it’s really good and soft on the paws of the dog and is really convenient as it’s small and compact. 100% recommend

I waited ages to get one of these but after being fed up with boots left in the sink and muddy carpets in my car, I bit the bullet. Honestly, I wish I’d got one sooner, it’s been a god send. Boots cleaned straight off the pitch and no more muddy car!

Useful item for cleaning boots but I don’t feel the quality is there for the price charged. It’s overpriced for a high plastic item.

It arrived quickly. The brush is firm, it's easy to handle and the water comes out evenly and not too fast. If you spin the wheel for an extra, remember to add the code to your order,my fault, I didn't see the email.

The boot buddy came quickly, and is a REALLY clever bit of kit, works so very well- mine now lives in my car so I'm not without it!

Great piece of kit. Personally I just struggle handling it and squeezing, but great for keeping my walking boots in tip top condition.
