When I emailed to enquire about it, they responded very quickly and sent me a link from the Royal Mail who had tried to deliver it - although they hadn’t left me a card or anything. I followed up with Royal Mail and got my parcel the next day. I am very happy with the product which is a surprise Xmas present for my partner. I think he will love it!
