I would not recommend boost. Takes at least an hour to get through to customer service. If you try to contact them by Web chat you could find yourself in a queue of 100 plus before you.

I spoke to siyabonga dlamini who sorted my issue very quickly. My details were taken and security question asked, I was offered help and with being on the priority list I was asked if there was anything else I needed. Great service every single time, I wouldn’t ever choose a different provider. Thank you a siyabonga for your help.

Bhekani was excellent, sorted out my query re top-up cards, explained clearly and concisely what he would do and stayed on the line until I'd received the email containing barcodes and understood how to use them.
And Bhekani picked up the call far quicker than the long wait time that the pre-recorded announcement suggested.

Old meter wouldn’t top up, had a smart meter fitted, won’t top up ! Possibly something to do with the engineer linking the meters! Nobody really knows, not yet convinced anyone cares. Keep phoning, web chatting no solution. Twice webchat just closed the window on me!!!! If the management are reading this - please help the team sort these problems out - you are in charge of our utilities- feels a little worrying if I’m honest!

Today I rang and had worked myself up about the topup system problems ithis has been ongoing since as far back I can think. I have to rely heavily on the internet as this is my to get things delivered to my home. The gentleman named Baneal was the agent and immediately looked into what it could be. Just bought a house with pay as you go bills run up by previous owners and JOAO MATHE was very helpful in sorting out my new account, explaining how to get new gas card and electricity key and remove the debt. Line was very poor, so often couldn't hear what was said, and it did take a very long time, hence 4 not 5 stars. Thank you Joao, for sticking with me all that time and sorting it out (hopefully - we shall see when I use my codes to get card and key and remove debt tomorrow!)
