Satisfait des services de cette société. Ils sont disponibles d'un point de vue support (rapidité et efficacité). Durant la période du COVID19, j'ai demandé un geste commercial qui m'a été accordé.

We have been customers of Boost My Shop for many years and are very satisfied. Especially the support is excellent. The reaction times are very short, tickets are usually answered immediately. Above all, solutions to problems have always been provided. By the multilingual support staff even complex topics are discussed and explained in detail and understandably by phone, Skype or e-mail - many thanks to Candice :)

The ERP is extremely buggy. They upgrade the software and override base functionality even though they assure you that they won't and of course the coup de gras is that they have decided to cut me off for complaining that I waited for two months to get a response from their company without offering to resolve the issue in any way after THEIR company asssured me that I needn't worry. They will not live up to their word to have the functionality secured throughout development.

They were paid for 6 months of support 2 months out of which they didn't respond.

In short buggy software, not reliable, poor customer support.

We turned to BMS support when our developers were having difficulty troubleshooting an error which was impacting our sales considerably. The support team were very responsive and persisted with us until the issue was resolved and also offered help and guides for other issues. We were very happy to have the issue resolved.

Un logiciel de repricing qui fait le taff malgré quelques bugs, ça arrive. Néanmoins, le service client et le service technique sont au top du top, très réactifs et très professionnels. On a toujours une réponse très rapide en cas de pépin, y compris en période de rush (weekend, black friday, etc.) ce qui rassure énormément.

We started together since 1 year now, we grow together and we have done a good transition from MAGENTO to PRESTASHOP. All Good :)

I have worked with numerous of their extension from the trusty Extension Conflict Catcher to Embedded ERP and many in between. As a Magento developer I use version control on all of my projects which allows complete transparency of changes made and I am happy to say these guys provide reliable extensions and when changes are required, these are made correctly and reserved to their extensions code. Keep up the good work guys.

Embedded ERP completely revolutionised our business and allowed us to grow massively without huge staff increases. The software basically gives you an entire business workflow out of the box and resolved issues that as a business, we had carried for years.

Like many things that are extremely powerful, it took a bit of time to learn and configure to our needs, but we had an on-site installation by Boost My Shop which gave us a massive leap along that path.

It now works pretty much flawlessly and has done for 2 years, we could not imagine running our business without it.

Thanks his is a very bad company. The embedded ERP solution for Magento 2 is just not working in a multi language store. The stock is completely screwed up. Also the extension does not follow any best practices and as changes multiple tables on the DB. This makes it very risky to update in the future. Made my installation pretty much useless. The support is very slow and most of the time not useful. They only want to directly access your installation and do the fix there. This way when you want to update or have an other extension installed, you need their support again to fix the issues. Because of the bad programming, the extension does not work we with other extensions. We had an demo site with all the Magento demo data and it gave errors there already. Support wanted access to that. They did not even understand they could do it on their own servers. Wasted way too much money on this. Please stay away from this company.

worst service every never work with this company , the training guy made problem with sitting and ask for urgent help and the never help and the support sell just close the conversation with out help me

Their customer service is horrible. They will not respond to tickets for days. Not helpful at all. I will not be buying anymore plug-ins from them. Because of their delay in support, my whole site is down. They know when you have their extension you have no choice but go with their time frame. Stay away. I advise you not to buy their extensions
