Mixed feelings on this service. They have a great support team solved my issue in under 30 minutes, but I should not be the one to verify that their boosters know their stuff. First booster had no clu... Se mere

Great service

Great service, very clear and orders fulfilled very quickly. I was a bit skeptical but after reading the reviews thought I'd give it a shot and it was exactly as described. Will definitely use again in future.

I found the Boostmatch.gg services and it was perfect!

I found the Boostmatch.gg services and wanted to give them a try to help me set up a build in Diablo 4. The Booster ID 409 really helped me out a lot and made my build run much faster and easier. A bit less work for me now, it's time for fun ;). I will come back for sure, give them a try, very good services.

Good at selling. Bad at delivering.

Good customer service. Great sales team.

It ends there.

They charge double of what most others charge for the same service. I took it thinking that was indicative of a premium service.

Well, let me put it this way: It's not.

It's yet another one of those places where all they do is match you with some random person, and then it's your luck to see if you get matched with someone who is professional and can deliver on the order.

I spent in the thousands with them trying to fix the first big order i put in and it only got worse and worse.

Save yourself the headache. There are way better services out there. Honestly, almost anything would be a better use of your money.

They are super nice in the little chat window, though, whenever you are trying to buy the service. Afterward... you are on your own.

I regret ever using this.

Hello Sir,
I’m very sorry for how this order turned out.
You trusted us with a large purchase, and although some parts of the service were delivered, the overall experience clearly did not match what we promised. What's more when you gave us additional chances to fix the situation, we failed. That's on us.
Thank you for mentioning that you were satisfied with the work of our sales team. Still, we understand that good communication cannot compensate for poor fulfillment, especially on an order of this size.
We are already reviewing what happened internally: how the booster was selected, how the order was supervised, and why the attempts to fix did not solve the problem. Case clearly shows us where our quality-control process must improve.
We would like the opportunity to discuss a fair resolution with you directly. Please reach out through your original chat or support contact, and we will review the case again.
Once again, we apologize for the frustration and disappointment caused.

Shady website with unrealistic prices

Shady website with unrealistic prices. The platform feels unreliable, and the support team is very poor.

Hi,

We’ve checked our records and we can’t find any order, support conversation, or customer case connected to this name or the claims made here.

This review is also very general and doesn’t mention an order ID, service, date, or any specific support interaction, so we’re unable to verify it as a real customer experience.

Our prices are shown upfront before checkout, and all support conversations are tracked. If this is connected to a real order, please send us the order ID or the email used at checkout and we’ll look into it right away.

Until then, we can’t connect this review to any actual experience with BoostMatch.gg.
