Fantastic experience once again with Boon Brokers. Working with Jay has been an absolute pleasure. He arranged my first mortgage and was incredibly helpful throughout the process, taking the time to answer all of my questions as a first-time buyer.

Given how positive that experience was, I didn’t hesitate to work with him again for my remortgage. The process was seamless, and Jay was just as attentive and supportive, ensuring all my questions were clearly answered.

My partner and I worked with Jay Blackaby. We started the process hoping to move at the beginning of 2025. After working quickly with Jay to get an estimate for a mortgage amount and discussing different rates we agreed to postpone to a later date when we could get a larger mortgage.
When we came back to Jay in early 2026, we picked up exactly where we left off. We continued on with immense speed and got straight to it. Every call I had with Jay was polite, informational and supportive. He was great help in emails, on the phone and whenever we needed him. Very prompt to reply and get things done which is such a big thing when working towards a mortgage.

Fantastic service by Kathryn, I was kept updated throughout and received quick responses to all my concerns and enquires.

Jay Blackaby assisted us with our remortgage after helping us two years prior with the mortgage for our house purchase. He found us a great deal and got it through quickly to lock in the rate. Both times we have had Jay assist us he has been very helpful, concise and quick to respond.
