Boomerangme has been an extremely frustrating experience. We were charged approximately $400 per month through automatic withdrawals for the past 6 months, despite receiving no service or value in return. We have repeatedly asked them to stop the payments and cancel our services, but they have not returned our calls or responded to our requests.

We also requested a refund and have not received a response. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend carefully reviewing the billing and cancellation terms before signing up. We feel ignored and disappointed, and we would not recommend this company.

We had a very disappointing experience with Boomerangme. A member of our team accidentally activated a $796.93 upsell through what appeared to be a one-click process. He contacted support within approximately 30 seconds to explain the mistake and ask for the transaction to be reversed.
Boomerangme acknowledged that the refusal to refund was based on company policy rather than any technical inability to process it.

Their representative even suggested that we contact our bank to request a chargeback.
We repeatedly asked to speak directly with a manager. We were told the matter had been escalated and promised a response within two business days, but no manager contacted us. After further chasing, we were simply told through customer support that the owner had refused the refund.

Regardless of the refund policy, I expected a company handling business payments to provide a confirmation step before a substantial upsell charge and to respond promptly and directly when an obvious mistake was reported immediately.

The lack of meaningful management communication has left us with very little confidence in the company.

Similar sentiments as other. The platform is a complete scam. UX is terrible. Marketing is deceptive. There is no free trial it is paid. Difficult to get a refund even when no leads are provided. What a waste

The amount of support is incredible - from your own account manager to webinars and live google meet calls. It really leaves you feeling so supported.

The set up of sub accounts has been very well thought out.

The interface is well laid out - once you get used to it.

It is very reliable. I've never experienced any downtime.

It improves all of the time - something i have found incredibly impressive. Everyone works so hard to ensure it's always as good as it can be.

The AI elements are also improving all the time.

It's great value for money

It is quite a learning curve at first - but that's only because it's so good!

The design is great, but where there are lots of features, it does take time to learn how it all works.

The site isn't very well optimised for mobile - especially with the drop down menus, they are very hard to read.

Absolutely brilliant. You feel very supported. It's a brilliant system. I'm so glad I've found it.

The team are brilliant. Always reachable. Always there to help.

They constantly are forward thinking and they are always improving the system and the offering.

El proceso de configuración del white label (conectar mi propio dominio vía CNAME) fue sencillo una vez entendí los pasos, y la documentación disponible ayuda bastante a resolver dudas técnicas. We've really enjoyed how easy it is to spin up the app. It's easy to onboard new customers, a bit confusing with the overall setup but good once you get the hang of things.

The Good, The Bad & The Ugly

I signed up for Boomerangme on June 16, 2026 after seeing a Facebook advertisement promoting a 14-day free trial. Although the sign-up required a credit card for future billing, my card was immediately charged $49.95, effectively enrolling me in a paid subscription instead of a free trial.

I continued with the onboarding process, assuming the charge would be corrected. Unfortunately, the onboarding—which was supposed to be completed by their AI assistant, Richie—never worked despite multiple attempts. The process was frustrating and ultimately unusable.

When I tried to contact the company, the phone number listed on my credit card transaction did not reach Boomerangme. Instead, it belonged to a different business, leaving me with no way to get support.

Ten days later, on June 26, 2026, I finally received an email from Anthony Von Padua asking me to schedule an onboarding session. By that point, I no longer wanted the service and requested a refund and cancellation of my subscription. Instead of addressing my request, I was repeatedly told that I needed to schedule another call with someone else because they handled onboarding and cancellations. As of June 30, 2026, my request had still not been resolved.

My Experience
Advertised a 14-day free trial, but I was charged immediately.
The AI onboarding failed repeatedly and never completed.
The phone number associated with the credit card charge did not connect to Boomerangme.
It took 10 days to receive a response.
My requests for a refund and cancellation were not addressed directly.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company. The sign-up process, customer support, and cancellation experience were extremely disappointing. I would encourage anyone considering the service to carefully review the billing terms and ensure they understand how the trial and subscription work before providing their credit card information.

Boomerang is a great service! The customization and flexibility they provide takes loyalty programs to a new level. I love that it adds to the Apple Wallet too!

I've have nothing short of a perfect experience with BoomerangMe.

Customer Service was excellent in supporting me and helping me setup even when I had a payment issue.

This is a great piece of software. It has the most valuable features of any loyalty program I've seen and used. I love that it integrates with so many other softwares and the customer service is excellent. They are always there to help.
