Had a great time in Cancun the resort was fantastic the service was great all the food and drinks were awesome the staff was fantastic I would do it again it was more than we expected and we enjoyed every bit of it I would highly recommend this to those that love to travel and want a great time at a great price thanks for making our 23rd anniversary one of the best one thing everybody needs to know that this is a great trip but is only exclusive to those that are married and Families that is one thing they do not let you know when you purchase the package

Good value for my trip

We visited Villa Del Palmar in Cancun, although we had a small problem with the first room we were assigned, the staff quickly fixed the issue and relocated us. All of the staff were 100% attentive and worked very hard to make sure that our vacation was fantastic. Of special mention, Martin at Hiroshi’s, and Miguel at Davino’s, were both amazing. If you visit ask Miguel for bananas foster or crepes. The steak at La Cason’s was some of the best we’ve ever had. Lizet, ( i’m sorry if I spelled this wrong) was a great consierge. We would go back simply for the amazing staff. Thank you for an amazing vacation.

Had a great time! We actually bought thirty weeks of the vacation package with Sandos. The people were friendly and the resort was beautiful. Not pushy and very understanding with clients that booked with Bookvip. They seem to have a lot of angry customer from this company because of the misleading rooms they are advertising on their webpage. I was also a victim of this. The rooms Bookvip is advertising seems to be the rooms the resort provides to the members of the resort, not potential members. Once we became members we were then given the upgrades. "Things aren't always what they seem" Everything else was as advertised. Food, drink, atmosphere...etc. The room they will provide is nice as well. Not a bad place at the whole resort. Besides who really spends time in the rooms while you're in CABO!

Exactly what they said in their offer. Went on a beautiful vacation and didn't pay a dime more or less. Will definitely use them again!

Secrets Royal Beach resort in Punta cana is the place to be. Great staff that makes you feel at home.A well groomed resort with unique activities and entertainment. Would love to re-visit sometime soon...

This was by far one of my best vacations yet! Loved the ride over via our semi private yacht and the champagne was a nice touch. Super easy check in and our room was ready early. Once we saw the view we knew we were in for a treat. We overlooked the pool and had a direct view of the ocean. Loved loved loved the size of this resort. Have been to dozens of the mega resorts and this was quite the change of pace. We had semi private morning yoga and meditation, which was great, and it was so easy to meet people in the "Cozy" bar. While we're on the subject of bar, the drinks are not your typical all inclusive. They are pretty strong. There are two restaurants which is plenty for me. I am not a girl who likes buffets all over the place and they have none!! The manager at the fancy restaurant gets a 10. He will go out of his way to make sure you are happy. You don't get a menu choice here so you need to be up for trying different things and the menu changes every night. We were there for four nights but I could have easily stayed longer. The beach is small but I LOVED it - the only downside here is no beach walking, which I love to do. I have read the reviews at tons of places in which people complain about being attacked by timeshare sales people. This place has none of that, you are totally left alone by everyone. They truly want to make sure you are completely relaxed. The only negative I would add is regarding the overall condition of the place. It is a bit dated and shows signs of disrepair throughout the resort. Some of the furniture is worn and neither restaurant has super comfy chairs, especially the fancy one. The elevator was also broke all 5 days. I still give it a 5 because they make up for that with service. I would love to come back once they update the place, which we were told is in the works.
