SCAM I signed up for a £9.95 offer, ended up taking further £39.47 on top of that once they had my card details. Ended up with my card frozen, having to make numerous phone calls to the bank in an attempt to get my money back. Still waiting for refund.

Do not use this company as they are taking and collecting money for scammers.
Totally untrustworthy

If i could give a minus i would total scammers false advertisements and offers.
People beware bank informed if payment not knowingly autherised.

I thought I was buying from boots. Charged me £9.95 then asked for more so I stopped and didn't put in anymore details. No email from boots after and only bookplanet247 on my statement. 3 days later they took £39.47 . Both payments still pending on my bank account so cant report them as fraud until they go through. Im heartbroken 💔 thats money to feed my kids this week. I now have nothing.

I saw an offer on Facebook for a hamper for Marks & Spencer’s. It looked genuine people were posting that they’d receive the products. I did think it was a bit dodgy when after I paid £9.95 they asked for another £1.99 which I didn’t pay I thought to myself I’ve lost £10 that’s okay but today they’ve taken another £39.97 and I’ve had to contact my credit card company to get the card blocked so they can’t take any more money. Facebook really need to look into this as to me they are enabling scammers to scam people out of their hard earned money.

I saw what looked like a genuine offer on Facebook from M&S. There were remarks and photos confirming the offer.. once I paid, they wanted more money..I don't know what that was.
Facebook needs to clean up it's act.
But people like this who cheat pensioners out of their meagre pension should hang their heads in shame

This company has just scammed me out of €50+ euros. I have had to cancel my bank card and I am on holiday, leaving me without any means of paying for anything for the next 3 weeks. I don’t know what I am going to do.

I did not sign up to this company. I had never heard of them before my bank contacted me about them. I have to block their transaction and cancel my card. They still managed to take £9.95 from my account. When i rung my bank Bookplanet had set up a subscription. I have to raise a dispute via my bank and their fraud team are investigating.

39.47 seems to be a repetitive amount .... no idea about this bookplanet247 .. thunk they intercepted a survey I did or something I was ordering from B&Q ... thankfully my bank stopped this and another payment they tried to take ...

I wouldn’t even give it a 1* I have no idea what this company is and they took £1 from me, then tried to take £39.47 from me but it got declined. I called my bank and they said they couldn’t even see the transaction yet it’s still showing on my online banking. Both the payments were on the same day, then a couple of hours later, another company called ‘fotor’ tried to take £34.99 from me that also got declined and yet again no idea what this company is. I straight away called my bank and blocked my card and ordered a new one. This was 2 days ago and then today I look on my bank and see another company which I don’t recognise called UG* vadaspro try to take £42.79 out of my account. SCAMM FRAUD!!

I ordered a small piece of Gym equipment from an ad on Facebook, and This bunch of scammers hijacked the payment page, and unknown to me, they took 2 payments from me, £39.47 and £9.95 but I did not find out for one week, as I went abroad 3 days after placing the order, and did not check my account until I got home, the money was stolen by Bookplanet247.com which after investigation has a fake phone number and UK address, I had an online chat, which consisted of, but no refund can be given, but they have closed my account, and stopped my subscription, and no more money will be taken.
My Bank, and Action Fraud have been Informed.

Scam , taken money for a subscription I did not sign up to, it’s fraud and they had the nerve to say they were sorry but could not give a refund. I thought I was on a genuine Boots website. Would it it zero if I could. Beware scammers

I would give it zero if possible. Money taken out of my bank for a "subscription!. If I had signed up wouldn't I have had an email to join? Reported to bank fraud team and blocked.

I went on their chat then no response

Do not use it’s a scam they are trying multiple times to take money from my account pls don’t fall into the teap

Absolute scammers have taken numerous amounts off my credit cards and I don't even know who they are but reported as fraud and scammers

This scammers have taken £39.47 from my M&S card without my knowledge. Credit card company are investigating and stopped my card.

I completed a survey for pasta and got charged £1.00 by these scammers who are nothing to do with pasta. Have contacted bank and blocked my card before they can try to take more.

Scammers ...claimed I won a prize ..it was a promotion for the new Minecraft movie we saw ...wanted £1 for shipping and then tried to take £39 from my account ! I've managed to speak to the bank to stop the payment. But do not trust these people !!!

Scammer, took £1 donation,then taken 39.47 from my account ,cant get in contact with them at all.
