I made a reservation and paid 50% for the purpose of treatment, but the visa was refused due to problems in paper transactions and also my bank account, but the amount was refunded and only a simple thing was deducted. I received a call from Elli shortly after making an enquiry. She was highly professional and had answer to all my questions. Although she claimed that she is not a doctor but her knowledge was similar to the level of the doctor. I came from Ukraine to Germany during the war and everything was very confusing for me here. Specially the medical system of Germany is very complicated when it comes to get treatment here without medical insurance. Luckily I found BookingMed and they not only explained me all the ways by which I could get help in Germany but also help in organizing of my trip to the hospital.
