I always book with Bookaride
I always book with Bookaride. Usually they’re pretty reliable and they have the BEST rates. However, some of their buses are pretty old and sometimes they’re off-schedule, but that’s understandable

The customer came and shared that they had bought a ticket for a trip at 07:00 Am on 02/12/2023, however customer was unable to reach the station on time and reached there by 07:50 AM, due to which customer missed the bus.
Upon missing the bus due to customer himself being late. Customer was asking for a refund. We gave an option of exchanging the trip or we can also provide the voucher for the same ticket amount and he can use on any other trip without paying extra.
Which customer agreed to get the voucher.
After getting the voucher customer rated us with 1 star.

I booked an around trip to Ottawa on…
I booked an around trip to Ottawa on November 22, around 10pm. The departure time is 10:30am in the 23rd. The departure location was incorrectly selected. I sent an email that night and got an automatic response message saying “…we try to respond to messages within 24hrs…”. I thought to myself, guess I will have to drive all the way to the other location. However, to my surprise got an email respond early the next morning and everything was resolved prior to the departure time. The customer service was top notch! I would definitely recommend this bus service.

Thankful and Grateful to have my engagement Ring again!!
On October 30, I’ve had a terrible experienced in bookaride. They left me in the middle of our trip in Kingston. My trip is from Ottawa to Toronto. So I left my Bag inside their Bus, there’s one thing important inside my bag it is my Engagement Ring and then when I emailed them about it also chat with them, it takes a week to have a conversation to Bookaride company but then they told me they didn’t find my Bag. So I didn’t expect anything from them. But the thing is on Nov 15, they email me again that they successfully find my Bag and I was so so happy thay day. I am very thankful for the help of Bookaride just to have my Bag back to me. They did a Great Job for that! So much effort because they did not give up finding my Bag. Thank you very much! That was an amazing experience for me!
