ho effettuato un ordine (#10422) in data 13 luglio e chiaramente i soldi subito se li sono presi. ho inviato quasi una decina di mail al servizio clienti e contattato sui vari social, ma nessuna risposta. non mi è stato dato nessun numero di tracciamento della spedizione né alcuna risposta di alcun tipo. se non rispondete almeno a una mia email entro una settimana, procedo con una via legale almeno per evitare ad altri questa truffa.

Indecente

Indecente. Ho effettuato l'acquisto di un orologio (ordine n 10462) e dopo circa venti giorni non ho ancora ricevuto nessuna notizia riguardo il mio ordine. Ho provato a contattare il servizio clienti in tutti i modi sia tramite social che tramite mail ma ovviamente non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta. Se non riceverò notizie celeri provvederò per vie legali. Questa si chiama truffa.

I placed an order on 26.12.2019 and I am waiting for my watch until today. For more than half a year now, I've been receiving excuses, more excuses and no proactive action.
In total I have already written more than ten mails. Since the relaunch they promised that i will get my whatch. But the Tracking ID says it has never bin shipped. Since that no one is replying.

Althoug bonvier has commented Here on my last Post in 4th august and said that they will reach out to me nothing has happened. I have not received any mail!

Big dissapoiment !

More then 1 month i order a watch and i still did not get nothing . I tried to contact them many times , i send more then 5 emails trying to get an answer but nothing . At least refund the money if you are unable to send the products to your clients . Tottally disspoiment !!

Buenos días, voy a ir a la Guardia Civil para denunciarlos de manera inmediata. Ya vale de engañar a la gente de esta manera. Lo más curioso es que puse una reclamación en su Facebook y en 10 minutos desapareció. De verdad, no es el engaño por 50 euros, es la tomadura de pelo. Señores de Bonvier , otra denuncia más y por favor no pierdan el tiempo en responderme con un email copiado que no sirve para nada.

Ridiculous Chinese Scam - Follow Up

Second review related to order #9981, placed on early April 2020. My first review dated 31st July, where I said that the company is likely a Chinese scam. Bonvier signaled my comments (apparently truthful comments hurt them) and replied on 4th August, claiming that it would have followed up with my order and would have contacted me through private mail for the delivery. Meanwhile, within the website Bonvier changed the VAT % in the section "terms & conditions", reporting the Italian correct rate (I guess my review made them realize they had made a mistake, LOL!).
As I anticipated in the review of July, I received no mail nor any other contact from Bonvier, just like other reviewers have reported in their comments. This further confirms that it is a scam.
I can't wait for Amanda (or Michael, or any other name used by their bot playing customer service) to reply to this comment, saying that she will take a look! What a shame.

Arnaque, j’ai commandé une montre en juin et je ne l’ai toujours pas reçu.
Je les contacte par mail, instagram mais aucune réponse. C’était un cadeau je trouve ça dommage.
Ne commandez surtout pas !

This is my second comment - I got response from “Amanda” a day after my post saying they will look into my order and email me.. but I was honestly not expecting them to do anything about it but I would like to cancel my order now. I do not want the watch anymore. If you could please just refund me the money. It does not take that much work to cancel and refund orders. The lest you could do if your not able to meet the “demand”.

This is just exhausting. Please just email me to cancel the order - my order number is - 10426

Having to write another review seeing…

Having to write another review seeing as it has still been about 5 months since I ordered. My last review got a reply saying they would get back to me by email and they haven't. It's been weeks since they replied to me on here and probably a month since I had any email from them.

Can you please just send out the product I ordered and just resolve the issue. Still haven't received any refund by the way....

Arnaque

Honteux ! Arnaque .. ne commandez pas, on ne reçoit pas les montres.
Commande effectuée en avril et depuis plus rien. Aucune réponse à mes mails, par contre l’argent a bien été débité. Je me suis fais bloquer de Facebook, et Instagram parce que je demandais à être remboursée. C’est minable ... c’était un cadeau ! Prenez vos responsabilités et remboursez nous ! Au moins assurez un suivie, soyez honnête !

Bon courage Bonvier :)

Bonjour à tous ayant commandé une montre en mars et toujours rien reçu en août ! J'ai contacté Bonvier plus de 3 fois en ayant uniquement une réponse par mail et après zéro.
Quand je post des avis négatif ils me disent toujours qu'ils vont me répondre et ne l'ont jamais fait.

Ils se cachent derrière le covid pour ne rien en envoyer c'est pour cela que j'appelle toutes les personnes qui se sont fait arnaquer de saisir le centre Européen des consommateurs : ( je ne peut pas y mettre le lien mais c'est super simple d'accès sur Google !)

Ils vont agir pour nous au prés de Bonvier (gratuitement) et leur réclamer la somme et sûrement un dédommagement devant la justice. Et bien entendu si Bonvier refuse ils devront s'acquitter d'une amende encore plus grosse qui nous serra en partie versée !

Habe die uhr jetzt schon seit monaten nicht geliefert bekommen.
Desweiteren wird mir nicht auf meine Emails geantwortet.
Auf meine letzte Bewertung hier wurde reagiert, daher versuche ich es noch einmal.
Auf diese wurde nur mit einem Standarttext geantwortet und noch immer hat sich niemand persönlich bei mir gemeldet.
Aufgrund der Dauer der Lieferung meiner Wahre muss ich wohl nun auf rechtliche Schritte zurückgreifen.

I ordered a watch 4 months ago and still didn't receive it. They are not replying to emails. It's totally fraud and I'm going to complain police and other authorities about this fraud.

Purchase not delivered.

I still haven’t received my order #10290, purchased on the 15th of June 2020. I sent Bonvier more than 5 emails but they never answered. I see the watch is stuck in Sweden from the 22nd of June, and the situation hasn’t changed since. This is definitely NOT the way to treat customers.
