I found Bonny Snowdon when my home studio closed down and I was looking to continue my learning. I love drawing animals and her tutorials that are all recorded to watch at your own pace were exactly what I was looking for. She is a beautiful caring person who teaches everything from drawing techniques to how to choose colours and even shares her experiences if you develop and want to turn your hobby into a business opportunity. Her and her community of artists are kind and helpful to other members. The variety of subjects, video tutorials and live sessions is extensive and I would recommend her academy to anyone wanting to learn to draw with coloured pencils.

Bonny shares all of her expertise in an open and invited way. Beginner or expert, we are all enthousiastically welcomed in the world of colored pencil. You can learn on your own or in group. The learning platform is an amazing place that supports you in every step of your personal learning journey.

I started in Ignite in September, having been in the coloured pencil Facebook groups for a couple of months.
The Ignite group is amazing, the community is really friendly, helpful, full of advice and constructive encouragement if requested. Bonny engages with her support all the time, and it really does feel like a community.
The weekly live draws are fantastic, drawing together is amazing, and when everyone shares their work, it’s great to see how we all have different styles, and different skill levels. There is never any hierarchy of skill, everyone is respected.
There are so many tutorials, I don’t think it’s possible to get bored, or ever finish them all. Seeing others post tutorials, and their own work is also so helpful, and people are so happy to share their knowledge.
There’s also confidence sessions, they’re genuinely inspiring. I haven’t taken time for the business talks or submitted work for critique as yet, but as I improve I intent to make the most of these too.

Have been a member of the academy for 2 years and without a doubt it is the best money I have ever spent. Bonny's tutorials are absolutely fantastic, informative and relaxed. I've gone from not being able to draw to doing commissions. Bonny and her team are always there to provide support and encouragement. The academy is also a great source of information in respect of building confdence and business issues. There is also fantastic supportive community, well family really! Am loving my experience with the academy and would highly recommend to those who want to learn, or progress with, their coloured pencil skills. Well done Bonny Snowdon Academy!!!

If you want to learn to draw and create amazing art, this group is for you. Anyone can improve their artistic skills following the tutorials and support that Bonny and the team offer. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I truly enjoy Bonny as a Teacher and it feels like she has become a friend to me. I love to watch her teach and interact with her students. I can do a draw along or take things at my own pace. Wow! That’s my one word about Bonny Snowdon’s Ignite Academy!
I found Bonny via a Google search in 2020, and her free YouTube tutorials showed me that she was perfect for me. I just love her teaching style. I joined her online tutorials first, then as soon as the Ignite Academy was live, I signed up. I really love the weekly Live Art class, and dipping into the tutorials whenever I feel like it. I usually end up talking to the videos as you feel she’s right there with you! Join now, you won’t regret it.

Bonny is a brilliant teacher. Makes everything easy to understand. Fab Facebook community. Loads of online tutorials you can do at your own pace. Amazing how quickly you can improve with her guidance and knowledge.

If you’re a beginner or professional, this program offers so much to grow in your cp journey. It’s absolutely amazing. My work has improved more in month than I could have ever imagined.

Bonnie is an exellent teacher ad there are loads of different objecs to work with. You are given good information on what pencils to use, both less expensive and professional ones.

This is a brilliant resource for anyone wanting to get more realistic with their colourings. Bonny is an excellent tutor, she is very thorough and kind with it

Bonny has created an academy that not only teaches the skills in a unique way using coloured pencils, but she has also created a community that engages like minded people from all over the world who support one another, encourage and advise one another.

I have learnt an awful lot from Bonny her Tutorials are outstanding very informative and her teaching is to the smallest detail. I can see why she has awards for her coloured pencil Tutorials, with the dedication and interest she shows in our art. Bonny and her team are very friendly and helpful if you have a question they help as much as they can and you don't have to wait long for a response. I have watched a few Tutorials in the past from different artists though they are good but Bonny stood out!! I can only recommend Bonny she makes you feel at ease from the get go she has so much knowledge in her field that she passes on to us. If anyone wants to learn how to draw and how to make your drawings look realistic then Bonnys the one to learn from, it's affordable and there's so many video and live Tutorials and worth every penny and it is affordable!!

I joined the Bonny Snowdon Academy a few years ago. I have loved every minute of the turorials and loved the learning skills. Bonny is a great teacher.

Bonny is an amazing colour pencil artist and teacher. Bonny’s ignite membership suits complete beginners as well as anyone more advanced. There is tons of video and pdf content which is always being added to, showing exactly how to draw on different surfaces and how to adjust your techniques to suit each surface. There are confidence sessions for anyone struggling. There are business sessions if you are thinking of turning your art into a business. There are specific critique sessions and Bonny is always available 24/7 online to answer questions. Everyone is always friendly, helpful and supportive to one another. I have been a member for 2+ years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I love the Bonny Snowdon Academy and Ignite community. I joined in 2021 when it first opened. I was once enrolled in her Patreon channel. Bonny Snowdon had completely lived up to her promises in membership and much much more. Everyday she expands on the benefits of being a member. Bonny shares her talents and knowledge freely while being a kind and wonderful person. There's a plethora of information in her hub, all organized very neatly and easy to work with. I've learned so much and continue to learn with every tutorial and live session. She covers every aspect of learning this medium, including the business and confidence aspect. She leaves no stone unturned. Anyone can learn how to draw with colored pencils if you have the right mentor. If you're considering a membership, go for it. You won't be disappointed.

I had never found my medium to express what I wanted in art until I did one of Bonny's tutorials on youtube. It was amazing! I joined Patreon and once Ignite was created I happily moved along to the academy and have been a member ever since.
