i ordered a foundation on the 18th of january have received no tracking number have reached out to her numerous times on tiktok and instagram no response. also emailed her still nothing. so called my bank as i have not received my product and disputed my transaction and got a refund. she ignores any type of communication but still posts on her page. do not buy from her

Would give zero stars if i could.
Ordered 2 foundations, were never sent.
I reached out to customer services multiple times but had no response.
Im glad i ordered through tik tok shop as they were the ones whp issued the refund in the end.
AVOID this company like the plague!!!

If I could give zero stars I certainly would! PLEASE GUYS STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS "BUSINESS" IF THAT'S WHAT YOU WANT TO CALL IT. she's scamming customers ignores every single one of your messages and deletes every single comment you make and looks like I'm not the only one she done it too. She's sending content creaters products to make her business look good but then scamming us customers, I placed my order on the 2nd September and I've had no update and I've messaged multiple times then she's sending FAKE emails pretending that your order as been shipped🤣 can't get anymore stupid then that and she calls herself a buisness women! See other people have probs done nothing about you well you have messed with the wrong person and I will not let this slide I will make sure i take it further and make your "business" crumble. This is absolutely not acceptable and needs dealing with.

I placed an order on the 4/2/25 of the Bonnie Blur foundation and a mystery box, I waited until the 5th working day and nothing was received, sent Instagram messages, emails, even reached out on tik tok from the 14th Feb (wanted to give a little more time for delivery) and received no responses. To date I have not received the items purchased and honestly just thankful I paid via PayPal as they closed my case in my favour providing a full refund. Will never purchase again and will not recommend to anyone, which is a shame because I like to support a local business. If the seller had of just communicated and advised of delays etc I'd of been more than happy to wait, I'd of even collected if necessary to help them out, but having no communication is just diabolical from a customer experience perspective.

Never been sent the item and not had a refund. Annoying cos there product is actually good. Second time this has happened to me. First time was resolved but after a lot of me chasing

I ordered a mystery box at £17 and I am so disappointed I got a pair of lashes a liner I think ? Wing fling it stick it in black don’t wear black and something else which is either a lip liner or an eyeliner all it says is no 5 and a makeup sponge when I purchased on tik tik shop it looked as if it was filling a box up that’s why I ordered a I will never order again

Found this brand from another on tiktok and really love the glosses I will buy from this small business more often quick delivery and really happy

Ordered a mystery box which was supposed to be worth £100. After checking the prices, it wasn’t worth this amount. I buy a lot of mystery boxes from places and I understand it’s a risk. However in my box, which was my first order from the company, I received 3 beauty blenders, a dark dark brown lip liner and a black eyebrow crayon. I am very pale and so that’s two products down the drain. Why send three beauty blenders in one box? Got a couple of lip glosses too. Definitely wouldn’t repurchase with the company unfortunately as I love supporting small businesses but a very negative first impression.

Ordered a Mystery Box when it was supposed to be doubled up, got told it would be £100 or more worth of product and it only came to around £90. False advertising.

I placed an order with the company and was so excited. I’d picked a few items myself and then went for a mystery box. I ended up with £60 worth of stuff for my £40 mystery bundle! That was amazing.

I then decided to order three of their double up mystery bundles for Christmas gifts which arrived today and are so worth it! £45-55 worth of stuff in each box, and they are going to be perfect gifts for my sister, mum and aunt.
