Deztinee, thank you for making our dinner a wonderful time! You went above and beyond. Food was excellent! Restaurant was very clean. Highly recommend a visit if you're in the Fayetteville, NC area. Ask for Deztinee!

The service was so bad we ordered drinks and took 15 minutes to get them. Ordered dinner and it took a least 35 minutes to get it. Tried to order more drinks and I had to ask waitress when we could find her about them. Had the fish and chips and not that good and not real hot I don’t think we will ever be back

I visited Bonefish Grill in Pineville with my wife yesterday. Dinner was served and the first words out of my wife's mouth were "Oh WOW how cute". The glazed salmon that was traditionally served on a wooden plank came instead on a standard dinner plate. It had shrunk in size substantially and was about 2/3 of the size we were served in the past.

I felt cheated. I know inflation is a problem for all restaurants and consumers, but that should be reflected in the price and not make the meal a disappointment.

Will be hesitant to revisit the Bonefish Grill in the future.

Zenobia Wilson, the Manager at Bonefish Grill in Atlanta is just spectacular in customer service and creating a wonderful experience. My server was not informed that they were to handle my table so I waited 25 minutes before I had to ask someone to ask the manager to check on me. She walked out to my table WITH my server and took care of my order PERSONALLY (including bringing the meal to my table HERSELF). I felt appreciated and well taken care of. The grilled salmon, garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli were divine, just sumptuous. Perfectly cooked. A fine meal with impeccable service. I highly recommend experiencing the fantastic food and stellar service. Bravo Bonefish! Ms Wilson, cheers to you. I’ll be back!

Yes, I will not be returning here at all. Yesterday was my birthday and I had dinner here with some guests. The food was cold and not up to par, the service was horrible, and the hostess's attitude was worse. This was my first and last time here, and the prices are over-embellished for the quality of food on the table. And I was physically ill well before I left the restaurant.

The service was great. Our server was Aliyah she was amazing. We visited on 2/14/25. Even with the restaurant Aliyah was the best server. We also thank Jared the kitchen manager for making our visit special.

My husband and I recently dined at Bonefish Grill Polaris on a busy Saturday night, and despite having reservations, we still had to wait a bit. However, it was clear the staff was putting in a tremendous effort to accommodate everyone. Once we were seated, our server, Kennedy, greeted us promptly, immediately bringing water, bread, and dipping oil. We appreciated how attentive he was throughout the evening. I ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp with an upgraded side, while my husband chose the Chimichurri Steak. The food was absolutely delicious, and Kennedy was fantastic—always there when we needed something, sometimes even before we realized we needed it! Overall, it was a wonderful and delicious dining experience, and we highly recommend Bonefish Grill Polaris. A server can make or break the experience and our server was excellent--the service really made it special!

So I am very upset as I ordered the rainbow trout crusted parm…..I ate two bites and it was full of oil. Picked up the fish and nothing but oil….waitress didn’t seem to care that I was unhappy…..threw the entire plate out so paid 25 plus and ate nothing but the broccoli. Very disappointed.

The server Kim was excellent at Bonefish Grill, Plantation in South Florida.
We were impressed with her service quality, engagement with every member of my family, menu suggestions and drink suggestions for each of us.

I think their corporate Customer Service department must be non-existent. I have sent them three messages over the past two weeks through their on-line Contact form and have received no reply.

My son and his girlfriend too me there for my birthday dinner. We waited 45 minutes for our meal and when it arrived all dinners we cold!!! Our waitress asked us to check our food because another of her tables complained of cold food. I asked for the manager and Joe McCracken came over. Offered to heat up our dinners or make us another one. Until I told him we were leaving and he could comp the meals he never offered only kept trying to tell us one of the grills is broken and he could heat our food. So disappointing as my son drove a long way to celebrate my birthday with me. This is the 2nd bad dinner we have had there

Our server named Bayu was excellent. Very friendly and professional. He checked on us several times during our dinner, but each time he waited until we were not eating as not to disturb us, which is such a great "Breath of Fresh Air" compared to other restaurants the server interrupts your meal. Bayu is one of the best we have encountered. Great service

My wife and I just ate for the first time at Bonefish, excellent food, but the best part was the friendly, exceptional server. Very helpful, knew the menu, and could explain how the food tasted by her own experience eating at the restaurant.

I joined the dine in program and have eaten once a week for the last few months ! I noticed lately the price fixing up g every two weeks being a senior I am careful with money ..food is ok ,wait staff sticks and the owner of Deptford New Jersey is a real jerk !! Ignorant and rude ! His staff follows suite 🤮

My husband and I dined at the Bonefish Grille in Independence, Ohio on Saturday August 17, 2024. We ordered the Appetizer Bang Bang Shrimp which was outstanding. Bread was great. My husband had the twin lobster tail dinner which was very good. I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass. It was actually terrible. Two tiny flat pieces of fish that bore no resemblance to Chilean Sea Bass. The dollop of mashed potatoes was bland as was the spinach. Very disappointing dinner. Server was very pleasant and efficient. Mrs R J Hudak

We really liked our experience at Bonefish Grill at 14770 W. Colfax Avenue Lakewood CO! Our server, Brynne was a great waitress and very personable with such a sweet disposition! The manager, Dominick S. was a great team player and helped his staff in all areas. Our busser was friendly, pleasant and helpful named Jordan. The whole tam was very efficient and kind. We also liked our hostess who went the extra mile, too. Our food was very flavorable and served. fresh. We will return to this clean and wonderful restaurant! -- The Lowery's

Had the PARTNER SELECTION Oscar Halibut. Fish was overcooked and dry, the lumped crab was exactly that. Dry and overcooked as well.

Also tip suggestion was based of meal plus tax.

Hi. I had dinner by myself this afternoon. The sirloin steak was so tender and tasty and the server? waited to see if it was cooked to my order and it was. I have never had a server/cook wait to see if my steak was cooked to my order. Thank you. The Lump Crabmeat crab cake had lots of crabmeat in it. The server was very nice too. And I earned $5.00 off. Love Bonefish.
